Meanwhile, Elincia finally ran out of Mana, Stamina, and all her other resources. She started to descend to the ground, her body growing weak. One of Polly’s clones rushed to assist her, but it was obvious she was still enthusiastic.
“Woah… hahahah,” she said, her face beaming with satisfaction. “This truly is a night and battle I’ll never forget,” she added, laughing freely. “Broken… you’ve once again given us an incredible surprise!” she shouted.
Starfall, too, jumped down from Polly’s back, clearly exhausted. They could no longer drink Mana Potions or Health Potions, having reached their limit, and were entirely drained. Livelywood, on the other hand, was still fighting energetically in the distance, trying to finish off the remaining monsters.
Charmelyn emerged from the shadows, collapsing into a seated position on the ground, her body covered in wounds. Starfall sat down beside her.
“Hei, sorry… I can’t heal you…” Starfall said softly.
Charmelyn shook her head. “The battle is over. He saved us.”
“I can’t disagree with that,” Elincia added.
