Julian has left Celadon city and now has set up a camp near a lake, Julian is sitting and wondering what he should do next as he has finished most of the gym battles in just four months he has traveled all over the Kanto region, but still there are a few places he wants to visit and that's what he is thinking right now
Julian 'My pokemons have grown a lot stronger but now they are slacking a little as they don't have any tough opponent and they are becoming powerful very fast leaving many behind them, they need some challenge and I think I know just the right place for that, The Sevii Islands particularly the Knot island in it, home to Mt. Ember where I will find the perfect opponent for my pokemons'
Julian "Guys get ready we will next go towards Sevii Islands and some of you will be facing an extremely powerful pokemon so train hard, Monferno perfect your close combat and control over fire and Heatran well you have grown more powerful than ever I doubt you will lose any fight so do your regular training, the rest of you also do your regular training as its going to be hell of a journey"
All of his pokemons become excited as they start to train harder, they all want to become powerful and want to win the Indigo league, there training goes by as three days passes in a flash Julian is on his way to the nearest seaport to go to Cinnabar Island than from there towards Sevii Islands.
He finds a Ferry and onboard it while traveling Julian had nothing to do but stare at the sea, it took him another two days to reach the Island, when he reached the Cinnabar Island he saw Blaine who was talking to some people walking by with his disguise on, Julian walks towards him.
Julian "Blaine what are you doing?"
Blaine "Oh Julian you came back, are you here on a vacation or did you like the service of my Inn and wanted to experience it more?"
Julian "No I came here just to stop for a little while then head towards Sevii Islands"
Blaine "Sevii Islands? Ha I see you want to catch some rare pokemons from there"
Julian "No I have enough pokemons I am just going there to train, now mind telling me what are you doing here?"
Blaine "I was just giving some riddles to trainers who are coming to the Island for vacation instead of wanting a pokemon battle like the olden days, the tourist has really made this island a commercial market"
Julian "Ya I know that you hate tourist, then I will be going you do you"
Blaine "Wait"
Julian "What is it?"
Blaine "Take this"
Blaine takes out a pass and hands it over to Julian, Julian looks at the pass and is confused
Julian "What is this?"
Blaine "This is a tri-pass it will allow you to travel between the Sevii Islands for free"
Julian "I see, thank you"
Blaine "No problem, I only gave them to you because it will be a waste if I hold on to it, I don't intend to go there anyway"
Julian "Then I will be going"
Julian decides to stay on the island and give his pokemons some care as he takes them to a pokemon spa and relives there stress built up from all the training they did recently.
The next day Julian left his bike at Blaine's inn and boards a ferry which is heading to Sevii Island, he didn't get charged any money due to the pass.
He has now finally arrived at the Sevii Island's first island the Knot island his destination, he enters the Island and that this place is also inhabited by people but there are some pokemons here which don't belong to the Kanto region, as Julian saw a Totodile with one of the trainers here
Julian 'Looks like there are some pokemons from the Jhoto region can be found here, this Sevii Island is indeed a perfect place for training'
Julian walks around this island and soon notice that this is the only town present in this Island while walking around Julian sees a place called 'Pokemon Net Center', Julian gets curious and walks in to find a man with dirty green color hair and wearing oval shaped gasses.
Julian "I got curious after reading the sign outside so I came to see what is this place"
Celio "Hello my name is Celio and I run this place, and what do I do here is help people communicate from different regions"
Julian "Different regions?"
Celio "Yes the machine right there can help me communicate with people of different regions, as the Islands don't have many powerful satellites people come here so that they can talk to some of their relatives who mostly live in Jhoto and Hoenn region"
Julian "Ah, I see"
Celio "But the machine has suddenly stopped working as the ruby stone which was powering it somehow cracked causing the machine to stop working, can you help me by finding one"
Julian "Where can I find this ruby"
Celio "You will be able to find it near Mt. Ember"
Julian "I cannot promise you anything, I am going to Mt. Ember if I find one I will give it to you or else you have to find it somewhere else"
Celio "You trying to find it is enough"
Julian soon gets bored of this place and leaves as he heads towards Mt. Ember.
