The Five Clinging Aggregates.

The so-called five aggregates were the aggregation of the five physical and mental factors that took part in the rise of craving and clinging: form, feeling, perceptions, mental activity, and consciousness.
According to Buddhism, when a person lived in this world, everything they heard, saw, thought about, encountered, and sensed would bring suffering to them. Their existence itself was suffering.
But that was a Buddhist view, and the Land Immortals would certainly not fully agree and accept it. Not to mention the Land Immortals, even Bai Qiuran would not agree with this view.
Life was indeed full of pain. For example, Bai Qiuran has not been able to build a foundation for three thousand years. Whenever he thought of this, he would feel pain in his heart. But if there was only pain in life and nothing else, then what was the meaning of living in this world? Was it better to die?
The Buddha said that everything was suffering, but there was another term called “happiness in suffering”.
