“Whose car is parked right outside?” Leni asked as she entered the office with Sarang, instantly feeling invigorated.
Their new office had very high-quality AC!
Moby was still by Zeno’s side, crying like Cinderella did to her fairy godmother.
“Can you go?” Zeno asked with a sigh. They were waiting for Bobby since he had gone to fetch Seulgi and their lunch.
Moby held onto Zeno’s thighs. “Oh wow, they’re hard,” he muttered before crying into them.
“What happened?” Sarang asked. “Has Moby finally lost his mind?”
“No,” Jace said with an amused smile. “Zeno just bought Moby a car—specifically, that truck right outside.”
“Huh?” Leni and Sarang exclaimed at the same time, turning to each other with surprise. “The orange truck is yours?”
Moby lifted his head for a moment before crying hysterically once again. “I can’t believe it.”
Leni turned to Zeno. “Why did you buy it for him?”
“He needs it to drive us around,” Zeno muttered. “Besides, I like the color.”
They were dumbfounded by his reason.
“I didn’t take you as someone who liked vibrant colors,” Jace muttered.
“I don’t,” Zeno said. “I like it because it’s the color of sweet potatoes.”
That reason was even more incredulous. They couldn’t figure out what was going on inside Zeno’s head.
“You don’t even have your own car, right?” Leni asked.
“Moby drives me around anyway,” he said.
They still wanted to ask more questions, but the door opened, revealing Bobby with his wife and daughter.
“Angel!” Gaby exclaimed and ran over to Zeno.
Zeno kept a straight face as the young girl cuddled to his side. Great, now he was being squished by both Moby and Gaby.
However, his mood instantly lifted when he saw what Seulgi had bought.
“I cooked these for Zeno,” she said, handing him the sweet potatoes. Zeno grabbed them right away, not minding the two people who squeezed him.
They began eating, with Zeno appearing happier than when they bought a new car.
“There are two weeks left before The Forsaken Prince finishes,” Seulgi started off. “Does Zeno have another project lined up?”
Bobby and Moby glanced at each other. Then, Bobby smiled. “There are a lot of options. However, we’re looking for the best for Zeno.”
“Right now, he still needs to proceed with the promotions for the drama,” he added.
“Oooh!” Jace exclaimed. “What variety show is he doing this time?”
Zeno paused eating for a while and scrutinized his new missions, wondering if attending a variety show would help accomplish them.

Sarang nodded in agreement. “Nearly all of the festival performers enjoy watching his drama, but they think Zeno is a bit too cold.”
Zeno tilted his head. “I don’t even have any content aside from Sing or Sync and my dramas.”
“Exactly,” Sarang exclaimed. “You’re a mystery! They find you hot but unapproachable.”
“That’s a good thing,” Jace muttered, his eyes shining bright. “That’s my biggest dream.”
The others turned to him with amusement.
“Yeah, you’re never going to achieve that,” Leni chimed.
“Anyway, I think Sarang is right,” she continued. “I want to see Zeno in a natural environment—not a scripted variety show!”
“I want to see him in a dating show,” Jace added, and they all turned to glare at him.
“What?” Jace muttered, scratching the back of his head. “Isn’t Single’s Hell airing soon? Zeno would have everyone confessing to him in that show.”
“Well, they did offer for him to come,” Moby said. “But that’s still a month away.”
“I’m not going,” Zeno said, finality heard in his tone.
“Do you want to go on a singing competition?”
“No,” Zeno said.
“A dancing one?”
“No.”
“An interview with the news?”
“No.”
“Angel is really smart,” Gaby suddenly said, capturing everyone’s attention.
“My teacher said that the man who fetched me that day,” she said, referring to when Zeno played piano, “was very smart because he played a very difficult piano piece.”
Jace turned to him with wide eyes. “You can play the piano?”
“Why am I not too surprised?” Seulgi chuckled. “Zeno gives off that vibe.”
Meanwhile, Jace clenched his fists by his side. “I need to learn the piano too.”
“I think Angel is going to get more popular with the students if he shows how smart he is!” Gaby continued.
They all turned silent. Somehow, a sixth-grader’s suggestion was even better than everything they came up with.
“There is one,” Moby muttered. “But it’s also a week-long filming, and Zeno might feel too out of place.”
Zeno turned to him out of curiosity. “What is it?”
“Lucy’s Game,” Bobby answered.
Jace, Leni, and Sarang all gasped.
“I love that show!” Sarang exclaimed.
“Everyone loves that show,” Leni said.
“It was announced that there’s going to be a next season, but the cast hasn’t been revealed yet. Is Zeno going to join?”
“They made an offer,” Moby said, turning to Zeno. “It’s up to Zeno if he will accept it.”
“However, since it’s going to be a live broadcast, the deadline for confirmation is… today,” he continued.

It had aired during the peak of his illness in his past life, and it centered around some of the smartest celebrities in various fields—chess, video games, actors, idols, etc.—and they played for a very big prize money for a whole week.
