For their first expedition, he took them to a dark place without light and had them find certain items while defending against his strikes from the shadows.
Davis had to say that Master Deathseeker's killing intent was one of the most terrifying intents he had ever experienced, only second to him. He considered himself to be the first anyway. He figured it had to be amplified by the usage of Death Laws.
Still, he hadn't seen Rokushi Mirai be capable of exuding that kind of killing intent, one that would make a naive cultivator pee their pants.
Therefore, he guessed it had to do with the way they cultivated Death Laws. After all, Rokushi Mirai used death energy in the form of a poison.
Nonetheless, if he claimed his killing intent was first-tier, he would categorize Master Deathseeker's killing intent to be in the second tier along with Schleya, Mingzhi, Evelynn, and a few others. However, even among the second tier, he would rank Master Deathseeker's killing intent to be the peak.
Still, the reason he figured Master Deathseeker would be more of a teacher than him to his children was because he had never been able to fully exude his killing intent against his children. Eterna turned to look at Grandmaster Deathseeker, who manifested from nowhere outside their mansion. His expression was stone-cold, his gaze evil as his eyes swirled like a deathly vortex that would pull them into the abyss.
"…" Eterna looked away. She was scared.
"Don't worry. It's nothing. As the first daughter, you can't be scared of assassins. You have to protect your little sisters, no?"
Davis spoke in a soft voice, causing Eterna to pout. At thirteen years old, she was still cute, but her beauty had begun blossoming already.
"I know~ But Grandmaster Deathseeker is extra scary. His eyes…"
"Match your gaze with your grandmaster and show him he can't scare you. Fear always makes one hesitate or mess up. That's why you received an injury. If you didn't fear him, then you would've been able to dodge his strike instead of being suppressed."

Eterna became embarrassed upon being praised. She then nodded heavily, "Mhm~ I'll try my best!"
She smiled brightly and went out in another direction to try again.
Master Deathseeker coldly stared at her leave. No word ever left his mouth. He was a devilishly handsome, stone-faced killer. Every child was terrified of him, and that was what he wanted to achieve. Without fear, there would be no learning.
Eterna acted like she didn't pay attention and ran away, but as soon as Master Deathseeker disappeared, she flew away with her fastest speed, nearly screaming.
Davis almost laughed out loud.
Fortunately, the assassination training seemed to be working well as his children were now able to dodge and defend against deadly attacks in their realm. Moreover, with Master Deathseeker acting as the villain, he was glad to be the hero. Now his children relied on him more for guidance, and he would come out in situations like these to advise them and give them the courage and ability necessary for them to clear the task of the day.
He was glad to be able to teach his children.
They do get injured, but it was totally within expectation. If even Master Deathseeker held back too much, then there was no point in having this kind of training, where no matter what time it is, they would be targeted by a terrifying assassin as long as they stepped outside the territory of their mansion.
