The next day, Zhou Chao woke up early and made himself a seafood congee. He sat on the sofa of the panoramic balcony, eating his breakfast while addressing the system, “System, can I accumulate days and simply check-in whenever I want, without having to do it every day? Besides, there aren’t many rewards for regular check-ins.”
“Ding! Host feedback received. System analyzing.”
“Ding! Host, please confirm if you want to update and upgrade the system.”
“Can I really do that?” Zhou Chao was initially joking, but who knew it could actually be done?

“System upgrade in progress. 0.01%, 0.02%… Estimated completion time: 15 days. The system will enter temporary sleep mode. Host will see the system after 15 days.”
“System, system,” Zhou Chao called out in his mind, but there was no response. It seemed that the system had indeed entered sleep mode.
Zhou Chao suddenly slapped his thigh, “Ah, if I had known, I would have checked-in first before upgrading. This way, I’ve lost so many rewards.” Zhou Chao helplessly rubbed his head.
Gazing at the sun already hanging high in the sky, Zhou Chao headed straight to the rooftop open-air pool. As he walked, he gradually shed his clothes until he was left with only a pair of swimming trunks. With a splash, Zhou Chao dived into the water, creating ripples and splashes all around.

Sipping on the cola and basking in the sunlight, he felt an overwhelming sense of contentment.
Before he knew it, the sun was at its zenith. Feeling the rising temperature, Zhou Chao got up and made his way to the study. Skillfully, he turned on the computer and logged into the “Dousha” live-streaming platform.
In this world, it is basically the same as the previous Earth. The culture, entertainment, film, games, and so on are all quite similar. Ah Tuan expressed gratitude and invited Zhou Chao to join their WeChat fan group. After giving it some thought, Zhou Chao politely declined the invitation. Zhou Chao replied to the message, suggesting that they could play games together in the future, and invited Xiao Tuantuan to visit Modu City. After glancing at some more messages, he closed the application.
Just as Zhou Chao had opened the League of Legends game, his phone, which was placed nearby, started ringing. Seeing the caller ID “Lovely Sister”, he answered and immediately heard an eager voice from the other end, “Brother, I’m coming to Modu City! Mom and Dad have agreed to let me visit. Hahaha! Get ready to welcome your lovely sister!”
Zhou Chao looked at the phone, which was just a foot away, with a disdainful expression. He said, “Alright, alright, no need to make a big fuss and startle me. When are you coming? Are you taking a flight?”
“Yeah, tomorrow at 9:30 am. You’ll come to pick me up, right?”

Zhou Chao glanced at the flight information for his sister’s arrival tomorrow. It would be a journey of approximately two and a half hours from Fog City to Modu City, and from The Palms Residence to Hongqiao Airport, it would take around half an hour. He calculated the estimated departure time for tomorrow.
He logged back into the League of Legends. As an experienced summoner, he enjoyed playing the game both in his previous life and now. He had a genuine love for this MOBA game that he regretted not being able to share movies and games from his previous life. While he enjoyed it, he was still a mediocre player. As a support main, he often either got killed or was on his way to getting killed.
“Phew, it’s been a truly enjoyable afternoon. It’s been a while since I’ve had such excitement.” Though he was somewhat lacking in skill, he truly felt the joy of playing.
In the evening, he returned to his old villa and organized the clothes and tea leaves he had purchased earlier. He called for a chauffeur and drove the Maserati back to The Palms Residence.
The next day arrived, and early in the morning, Zhou Chao woke up and spent an hour on the treadmill. Despite his optimized physique, he believed that maintaining a good exercise routine was necessary. After taking a shower and having a simple breakfast, he checked the time and realized it was already 10:30 am. He changed into the Armani casual outfit he had bought before, grabbed his keys, and left the house.
Taking the elevator to the basement, Zhou Chao initially thought of picking up his sister with his Ferrari. However, he reconsidered and opted for the more spacious Maserati. He drove the Maserati out of The Palms Residence and headed straight to Hongqiao Airport. The journey from The Palms Residence to Hongqiao Airport was approximately 20 kilometers, and it took Zhou Chao about 40 minutes to arrive.
When Zhou Chao arrived at Hongqiao Airport, it was still before 11:30 am. He sat in the car and started scrolling through short videos on a certain platform. Time passed quickly.
When it struck 12:00 pm, Zhou Chao was about to call his sister Xiaoyan when he saw her incoming call. “Brother, have you come to pick me up?”
“Yes, I’m at the parking lot outside. Where are you? I’ll come to find you.”
“I just came out of the airport. I’m at the exit.”
“Okay, stay there, I’ll come to you.”
Upon reaching the exit of Hongqiao Airport, Zhou Chao spotted a tall, slender girl wearing a school uniform (jk style). Next to her was a suitcase, and there was also a stylishly dressed young man. Zhou Chao observed that the young man was constantly talking, while the girl in the school uniform had a look of disdain on her face.
Without hesitation, Zhou Chao drove the car to their location, opened the car door, and walked towards them. When he reached the young man’s back, he extended his hand and pulled him back by the collar.
“Who do you think you are? Why are you bothering my sister?” Zhou Chao stared expressionlessly at the handsome young man.
After his body had been optimized, Zhou Chao’s strength was as formidable as a tiger, combined with his 185cm tall and robust figure. The young man struggled but couldn’t break free.
“Who the hell are you? Let go of me! If you keep this up, I won’t be polite!” The young man looked at Zhou Chao, his voice both menacing and apprehensive.
Hearing the threatening words, Zhou Chao chuckled, about to say something when his sister, Guo Yan, interjected, “Brother, don’t be impulsive. Let it go. It’s not worth it.”
Upon hearing his sister Guo Yan’s words, Zhou Chao released his grip and looked expressionlessly at the handsome young man. The young man adjusted his clothes, glanced at the taller and more attractive man in front of him, and opened his mouth, preparing to speak.
“Kid, be more cautious in the future. Don’t approach pretty girls indiscriminately, or you might mess with the wrong person.” Zhou Chao spoke, then pulled his sister and the suitcase towards the car.
The young man wanted to retort, but seeing the two of them sitting in a Maserati Quattroporte, he closed his mouth.
Sitting in the car, Guo Yan admired the interior and said, “Brother, it seems like you’ve really made a fortune. This car looks so luxurious. How much does it cost?”
“It’s not that much, around 4 million.” Zhou Chao started the car and casually replied.
“It looks great! When I get my driver’s license, can I drive it?”
“When you get your license, I’ll buy you a car you like. Alright, let’s go grab something to eat.” Zhou Chao said as he drove away from Hongqiao Airport.
