Mo Xue shook his head before saying with a sigh, “Look at you…I really wouldn’t want to get on your bad side.”
He turned to Mo Sha to say, “Remember, this is a girl that you can’t offend no matter what you do. Or else you might not even know how you were stabbed in the back.”
Mo Sha revealed a faint smile before saying, “Grandfather, I already know.”
Xiao Ming looked a bit unhappy about the way that the grandfather and grandson were treating her, but she didn’t say anything about it. Instead, she said once again, “Thank you for helping us.”
Mo Xue waved his hand as he said, “Don’t worry about it. I was just doing a friend a favour, so I’ll look out for you for the rest of your time here. You don’t need to worry about them doing anything to you with me here.”
Xiao Ming was surprised to hear this before asking, “What friend?”
