Su Mo’s human body strength was surging as the shadows of elephants appeared on his body continuously.
He had already cultivated his Elephant’s Strength Skill up to the late-stage of Lv 6 earlier on. His human body strength alone was now comparable to that of a Lv 9 Spiritual Martial Realm martial artist.
The cultivation of Elephant’s Strength Skill was consuming medicinal power and Spiritual Qi at an incredible speed. Su Mo’s speed of Spiritual Herb consumption was unable to keep up with how fast his body was absorbing the herbs.
As Su Mo’s human body strength was improving, he needed more Spiritual Qi to further strengthen his body.
If Su Mo was still at the Qi Cultivation Realm, just one of the Spiritual Herbs would drastically improve his human body strength.
But now, his human body strength had barely increased after consuming dozens of Spiritual Herbs. Luckily, Su Mo was exceptionally wealthy and he could afford as many Spiritual Herbs as he needed.
After two hours, Su Mo had consumed every last one of the 500 Spiritual Herbs. His Elephant’s Strength Skill had finally reached the Grand Completion realm of Lv 6. His current human body strength alone was stronger than a normal martial artist at the Peak Lv 9 Spiritual Martial Realm and was comparable to a martial artist that was a half a step into the True Spirit Realm.
Yet, Su Mo was not stopping. He took out a huge pile of Spiritual Herbs and continued to elevate the Elephant’s Strength Skill to Lv 7.
The strength of a human body at Lv 7 of the Elephant’s Strength Skill was comparable to that of a martial artist in the True Spirit Realm. In other words, if Su Mo could reach that level, he would become extremely powerful, even if his cultivation had yet to reach the True Spirit Realm.
The shadows of elephants were flashing on Su Mo’s body constantly, and the golden glow on Su Mo’s body also became more glaring at the same time.
The cultivation speed for Lv 7 of the Elephant’s Strength Skill was 10 times slower than that of Lv 6. It took Su Mo over 2,000 Spiritual Herbs to finally reach the early-stage of Lv 7, which was comparable to a martial artist at the Lv 1 True Spirit Realm.
However, this was because the Spiritual Herbs that Su Mo had consumed were of the lower grades. Most of the herbs were at Medium Lv 2, and only a minority were at Upper Lv 2.
Su Mo had now entered a state of cultivation madness. He spent two whole days in seclusion.
When he was done, he had consumed almost all of the 9,000 Spiritual Herbs, and there were only around 300 herbs left. Despite this, his Elephants Strength Skill had merely reached the middle-stage of Lv 7.
“Damn it, this is way too costly!” Su Mo mumbled, but he was smiling. Although he had consumed so many Spiritual Herbs, his human body strength did become dozens of times stronger.
His human body strength was now comparable to the strength of a martial artist at the Lv 2 True Spirit Realm and way beyond the level of his own cultivation.
“The Elephant’s Strength Skill is amazing, I can progress quickly as long as I have enough resources. But, a normal person wouldn’t be able to afford such a cultivation method!” Su Mo said emotionally.
“I wonder what level my human body can reach with the help of all those spiritual stones I have? Could I reach a level that’s comparable to a martial artist at the peak of the True Spirit Realm?” Su Mo’s eyes brightened with hope.
If his body could reach such a level, he would be able to squash Duan Jingtian to death!
Su Mo then continued to cultivate. However, he was using spiritual stones instead of Spiritual Herbs.
The 300 odd Spiritual Herbs remaining were helpful toward breaking through into the True Spirit Realm, so Su Mo wanted to save them for later.

Su Mo took out a pile of Lower Spiritual Stone and started absorbing them.
However, Lower Spiritual Stone had much less Spiritual Qi than Spiritual Herbs. The Spiritual Qi from several hundred Lower Spiritual Stone was only equivalent to one single Spiritual Herb of Upper Lv 2.
Fortunately, Su Mo had an uncountable amount of Spiritual Stones, so he could make up for the deficiency in quality with quantity instead.
As Su Mo cultivated toward the late-stage of Lv 7 of the Elephant’s Strength Skill, the vast amount of Spiritual Qi was converted into shadows of elephants that roared silently. The shadows were then absorbed by Su Mo and slowly strengthened his human body.
All of a sudden, something strange happened. The genuine Qi in Su Mo’s nine Spiritual Spirals started seething.
Then, the genuine Qi in his Spiritual Spirals starting turning into the shadows of elephants as well, beofre they too were absorbed by Su Mo’s flesh and blood.
In just a dozen breaths time, almost a third of the genuine Qi in his nine Spiritual Spirals were converted.
“What’s going on?” Su Mo was startled, he quickly composed himself and focused on controlling the genuine Qi in his Spiritual Spirals.
However, he could not control his genuine Qi. As long as he was cultivating the Elephant’s Strength Skill, the genuine Qi in his Spiritual Spirals would be converted into elephant shadows and get absorbed by his body.
Su Mo was shocked and immediately stopped cultivating the Elephant’s Strength Skill.
“Why is my genuine Qi being absorbed? Is it because the realm of my Elephant’s Strength Skill has overly exceeded my level of cultivation and therefore my genuine Qi cannot help but be absorbed by the Elephant’s Strength Skill?” Su Mo was uncertain and worried. After much consideration, that was the only thing that made sense.
Su Mo sighed. He no longer dared to cultivate the Elephant’s Strength Skill.
If he was to continue, it would not be long before he ran out of genuine Qi. Worse still, even his Spiritual Spirals might fall apart!
“The Elephant’s Strength Skill is really brutal!” Su Mo smiled bitterly with frustration. He had planned to improve his human body strength to the high levels of the True Spirit Realm with the absurd amount of Spiritual Stones that he had. But now it seemed impossible!
Su Mo’s frustration was understandable, given that he could not continue with his cultivation despite having the resources required.
It took a while before Su Mo stopped feeling frustrated. After all, it was good enough that his human body strength was now comparable to a martial artist at the Lv 2 True Spirit Realm. His overall strength had improved by a dozen times at the very least.
Su Mo then kept the Spiritual Stones and started refining his genuine Qi.
He could only continue to cultivate his human body if his level of cultivation increased.
Hence, Su Mo was in a hurry to refine his genuine Qi and strengthen his cultivation. He would then advance his cultivation to the peak of the Lv 9 Spiritual Martial Realm, before attempting to break through to the True Spirit Realm.
Su Mo sat quietly in his room with his eyes closed as he calmly refined his genuine Qi.
Suddenly, Su Mo felt extreme danger approaching, and his hair instantly stood on end.

Without hesitation, Su Mo broke through the door and dashed out of his room.
At the next moment, a razor-sharp ray descended from the sky and pierced through the roof of Su Mo’s room.

An ear-deafening bang was heard as the ray exploded in Su Mo’s room and razed it to the ground.
Su Mo was already out in his yard, and he was enraged when he saw what had happened to his room.
He turned his head and saw three youths in light yellow robes in the sky.
The three of them were experts of the True Spirit Realm and they gave off a powerful aura. The solemn-looking youth that wielded a spear seemed exceptionally strong. His aura was causing a disturbance to the wind and clouds in the sky.
“Martial artists at the Lv 2 True Spirit Realm!” Su Mo squinted his
“I didn’t expect you to react fast enough to dodge my spear, small fry!” The solemn-looking youth sneered when he saw that Su Mo had escaped.
“Who are you?” Su Mo shouted coldly.
“We’re members of the Sky Alliance. You’ve killed over 600 of our members, and for that, I’m going to execute you today!” The solemn-looking youth replied flatly.
Su Mo’s eyes glinted coldly. He had already known without asking. Only members of the Sky Alliance would want to kill him!
