The crowd of the Scorching Sun Sect’s disciples shouted for Zhu Lixing to stand up for them, as they wanted their storage pouches back.
Zhu Lixing was stunned. If someone had told him that Su Mo had killed so many disciples, including Tang Quan, he would not believe him.
But now, he had to believe it, for there were countless accusations against Su Mo.
The Sky Rapier Sect’s and the Sky Yuan Sect’s elders were all astonished and looked toward Su Mo.
The Seventh Elder and the invigilating elder were too shocked to believe it.
They had expected the Inner Disciples to kill Su Mo in Qinghua Rift, however, he was still alive and had killed many disciples.
It didn’t make sense!
Shortly afterward, the Seventh Elder regained his consciousness and said, “Tell me what happened in the Rift!”
“Yes, elder!”
Then, the tall disciple of Gale Island said with a sigh, “When we gathered on White Jade Square, Yin Lige defeated Chu Yan. But Tang Quan from the Scorching Sun Sect, who was somehow at the True Spirit Realm, showed up and defeated Senior Brother Yin…!”
A dozen elders were all listening to the tall disciple with the utmost attention.
When the tall disciple said that Su Mo killed Yin Lige with one strike, the elders’ eyes gaped from astonishment. Then they gasped when hearing that he killed Tang Quan effortlessly. Finally, when they knew that he wanted to ransack everyone, the elders were dumbstruck.
What shocked them more was that Su Mo had actually made it. He had slaughtered many disciples to coerce the rest into giving him their storage pouches.
As the disciple of the Gale Island detailed the whole incident, the other disciples added on from time to time and described Su Mo as a murderous fiend.
Su Mo stood nearby and listened in silence. At the meantime, he began to stay alert in case of the elders’ attack.
After the tall disciple finished, all the elders were dead silent.
Soon after, Zhu Lixing snarlingly said with an intense murderous desire, “Bastard! how could you be so merciless? I’ll kill you today to avenge the death of my 400 disciples!”
After saying that, he swiftly struck at Su Mo with his palm.
The attack dashed out like a volcano and could kill any martial artist in the Spiritual Martial Realm in an instant.
“Back off!”
Su Mo was stunned, for the power of the palm was more than tenfold of Tang Quan’s. Fortunately, he had anticipated that and he shifted several dozen meters to the side, and the palm wind only grazed his body.
“Do you think you can escape? Go to hell!” Zhu Lixing shouted coldly again, and a more powerful palm rushed toward Su Mo.
“Zhu Lixing, how dare you!”
The Seventh Elder snapped at him and came forward to protect Su Mo with a palm rushing out.

The collision of the two palms brought about a shockingly loud bang and a shock wave that swept every corner of the place. All the disciples retreated quickly and began to deploy their Body-protection Genuine Qi.
“Seventh Elder, this murderous criminal has killed over of my 400 disciples. Are you trying to protect him?” Zhu Lixing snarlingly said.
“What a joke!” the Seventh Elder was also enraged and replied, “It’s free to kill in Qinghua Rift. They were killed just because they aren’t strong enough. Moreover, can you explain why there was a Scorching Sun Sect’s disciple at the True Spirit Realm inside?”
Upon hearing this, Zhu Lixing was stunned and said, “There… there’s no doubt that he entered the True Spirit Realm during his stay in Qinghua Rift.”
There was no way he would admit that they sent Tang Quan in on purpose.
“In the Qinghua Rift?” the Seventh Elder said coldly, “you may be able to fool the juniors with this nonsense, but not me. There is no way for someone to gather the vast amount of Spiritual Qi needed to enter the True Spirit Realm in half a month!”
Zhu Lixing became speechless. He definitely knew that the Seventh Elder was right. However, he had violated the rules of the four sects for sending a martial artist at the True Spirit Realm into Qinghua Rift.
Hence, he would not admit that under any circumstances.
“I don’t know about that. He might have gotten some superior treasures that helped him breakthrough instantly!” Zhu Lixing lied with a straight face and continued, “Let’s put that aside for a moment! How will you punish Su Mo? He killed many disciples of ours. We can’t spare him!”
“Do you have the right to punish our disciples? You’d better find a convincing excuse for yourself instead!” the Seventh Elder said gravely.
“That’s right! Zhu Lixing. You owe us an explanation!”
“Sending a martial artist of the True Spirit Realm into Qinghua Rift is absolutely forbidden.” All the elders from the other sects exclaimed one after another.
They did not lose more disciples than in the past, so they cared about the issue with Zhu Lixing more.
“What explanation? I know nothing about this either!” Zhu Lixing shrugged indifferently and said, “for now, we’d better talk about Su Mo’s punishment. Are we going to ignore the fact that he has killed so many people and robbed everyone’s storage pouches?”
The elders from the two other sects then looked at the Seventh Elder as well. It would be the best if they could help their disciples take back their storage pouches!
However, they might fail to do so, since killing and robbing were part of the trial test to begin with.
Hearing Zhu Lixing’s words, the Seventh Elder’s face paled. Then, he took a glimpse at Su Mo and said coldly, “Su Mo has killed over 600 of his own peers, which is a heinous crime. Since I have no right to judge him, I’ll bring him back to stand trial for his crime!”
“As for the storage pouches, he earned them by himself. Anyone can do the same thing if they are strong enough!”
Impatient and furious, the Seventh Elder wanted to kill Su Mo immediately, but after pondering for a while, he realized that he must send Su Mo back to Gale Island.
Upon hearing that, Su Mo frowned, for he knew he must have made a terrible mistake.
“Send him back?”
Though Zhu Lixing was very upset, he could not stop the Seventh Elder.
It was free to kill in Qinghua Rift, so there would always be a battle between disciples of the two sects during every trial test. Thus, what Su Mo did was pretty common!
Most importantly, Zhu Lixing had no basis for his stance because he had sent Tang Quan at the True Spirit Realm into Qinghua Rift, which completely violated the rule of the four sects. He was afraid that the three other sects would not let it slide.
Moreover, the Seventh Elder was stronger than him, making it near impossible to kill Su Mo.
“Everyone, we will now return to Gale Island!” the Seventh Elder said to the elders of the three Sects, “although Su Mo had committed a heinous crime in the Rift, he did not violate the rules of the trial test. Hence, you’ve no rights to punish him, and we don’t owe you an explanation either!”
The Seventh Elder said in an authoritative tone, before whistling loudly toward the sky.
Shortly afterward, three giant Griffins landed in a valley with the roaring wind.
“Everyone shall get on the Griffins immediately and return to Gale Island!” the Seventh Elder said loudly and all the disciples began to dash toward the Griffins.
Su Mo sighed in exasperation and then got on a Griffin. He realized that he would not get lucky again this time.
After a short while, the disciples of the three sects watched as the three Griffins flew away.
Zhu Lixing’s face paled. He had planned to slaughter the disciples of the Gale Island, but the result was contrary to his expectations.
Indeed, many disciples of the Gale Island were dead, but they suffered severe losses as well. Even Tang Quan at the True Spirit Realm, was dead!
