Gary was sitting on a bench, a red plam mark on his cheeks burning like a stamp.
His eyes flushed with tears of indignation and humiliation. ‘ Damn it! What went wrong?’
He hid his diary back at home. But still, he remembered each of the words through his heart.
‘ In the auction, the Book of High Enochian should be hidden in that golden box. After proving that before Emily, I could have easily goaded her to purchase another treasure for me.’
