The next morning, Jun Tianyun woke up with a yawn. As he walked to the kitchen, he saw the breakfast was ready.
Scrambled eggs, spaghetti with a light sauce, the aroma was delicious. However, With a single whiff, Jun Tianyun understood that it wasn’t made by Jun Ronghua.
” Sister Maria, Big Sister didn’t come out of her room since last night?” Jun Tianyun gave a wry smile as he asked Maria. Maria was roasting some coffee beans to prepare black coffee. Hearing Jun Tianyun, she also shook her head.
” Nope, She didn’t. She just messaged me to prepare breakfast for you as it’s your first day at Elysian High. However, she forbade anyone to disturb her.”
” Haah, Still prideful as before.” Jun Tianyun sighed.
When he and Maria returned last night, Jun Ronghua was already in her room. Despite Jun Tianyun’s call, she didn’t answer.
‘ Is she that angry? That’s pretty unusual though?’ Jun Tianyun sighed as ate the spaghetti.
” What is it, Young Master? Is my cooking not liking to you?” Maria smiled. ” Although I have to admit, Miss Jane’s cooking is much better than mine.”
” Oh, Sister Maria, You don’t need to be so harsh towards yourself.” Jun Tianyun shook his head as he ate breakfast.

” Young Master, Before you go to the Elysian High, I would like to inform you something.”

” The Elysian High is divided into two layers. Outer Sanctum and Inner Sanctum.” Maria’s expression turned serious. ” Outer Sanctum is where ordinary students study.”

” There are four classes in it, A, B, C and S class. S class is the cream of the crop of the entire Elysian High.” Maria chuckled. ” In fact, you can call them one of the best in the entire world.”
” You are saying it’s filled with mutants?” Jun Tianyun was surprised.
” I would say, the amount of metahumans are relatively greater.” Maria explained. ” As I told you before, Metahumans are larger in number. But as it depends on their own talent, aptitude, and resources to reach a higher stage.”
“Magic users are relatively small in number. There won’t be more than ten magic users in the entire Elysian High.”
” As for mutants, their abilities are way too random. They fill the remaining gap.”
” Hmm, I am rather eager to see my new friends.” Jun Tianyun chuckled as he finished his plate.
After getting ready, Maria drove him to the Elysian High. As he reached, the receptionist Clarice noticed him.
” Hello, Mr. Jonathan. You are here.” Her smile bloomed.
” Good morning, Miss Clarice.” Jun Tianyun nodded back with a smile.
” Please, Come to the Principal’s office with me. He is rather eager to see you.”
” Is that so?” Jun Tianyun wasn’t much surprised as he nodded. Maria was intrigued as she looked at Jun Tianyun.
” Sister Maria, You can leave now. I will handle everything here.” Jun Tianyun winked. ” Beside, if something happens, I can always call you, right?”
” Yes, Young Master. Please take care.” Maria nodded as she turned to leave.
Following Clarice, Jun Tianyun swiftly entered the office of the Principal.
” Haha, Jonathan Veneto, Is it?”
Jun Tianyun heard a loud laugh as he saw a middle aged man with a thick bead sitting before a table, looking at Jun Tianyun with interested eyes.
Not only him, but quite a lot of others also in that room, seizing Jun Tianyun.
” Good Morning, Principal Harvey.” Jun Tianyun gave a light bow.
” Not bad. Come and sit.”
Principal Harvey smiled and gestured for Jun Tianyun to sit. Jun Tianyun nodded as he took the seat, though he was appraising the principal with his Eyes of Fortune.
‘ Harvey Eller, The Principal of Elysian High. He is actually an A rank metahuman, Berserker Knight.’
Looking around, Jun Tianyun realized most professors here were either mutants or metahumans. Only a single woman there was a Nature Magician, who was also a healer.
” So, the written test you gave last time, we studied the answer sheets. Haha, I didn’t expect you to write that much, covering all subjects.”
Jun Tianyun merely chuckled at Harvey. ” Principal, those questions were meant to test me. Since I understood all the questions, I should also answer all of them, right?”
” But to think you gave the correct answer to all the questions?” Harvey was amazed. ” You know you broke the record score of written test which was maintained for the last fifty years?”
” Is that so?” Jun Tianyun appeared to be mildly surprised. Principal Harvey looked at him for a moment before shaking his head.
” I know Jane. As her brother, I can’t expect anything less from you.”
” However, before we proceed, we would like to make a small confirmation.”
When he said that, a man moved to his table and placed a crystal orb on the table.
” Please put your hand on it, and declare that you won’t betray Elysian High or Federal States Nation.”
” Is it something like truth or lie machine?” Jun Tianyun was interested. ” How sure it is?”
” Most of the time, It is pretty accurate.” Harvey jested. ” Though, You know, loopholes are everywhere.”
Jun Tianyun placed his hands on the orb as his Eyes of Fortune opened. Suddenly, he saw a small spatial space inside the orb.
And in the orb, he saw a small spirit.
‘ Wh-Who are are you!?’
The spirit’s expression changed as he felt an oppressive gaze on his body. Of course, his shout was something only Jun Tianyun could hear through his mind.
‘ Little spirit, are you the one who helps these guys find truth and lie?’ Jun Tianyun was amused as a bit of his divine aura leaked.
” KHEUKHH!’
The spirit cowered in corner. ‘ Mercy! Mercy on me! Spare me! I didn’t do anything!’
‘ If you dare to say anything about me, I will refine you.’ Jun Tianyun only gave a huff as he recited.
” I am Jonathan Veneto, and I will never betray Elysian High and Federal State Nation.”
The orb glinted with a green light, making everyone nod. Principal Harvey smiled.
” That’s a green light. You are telling the truth.”
” Now coming to the class, You are going to join the S class.” Principal Harvey gave a wry smile. ” However, about the department you want to join…”
” Jonathan, I have read your answer in physics and math. Why don’t you join the STEM department?”
” No, He is best to join the chemistry department. His talent is clearly in chemistry.”
” Are you being for real?” A burly instructor walked forward. ” His body is perfect for training. He can easily become a powerful agent if taught well.”

” You are going to join the Inner Sanctum of Elysian High. This bracelet is your identity token. You must wear it all the time,”
” It will show your identity and also keep your power in check.” Selia warned Jun Tianyun. “On the academy grounds, you don’t have permission to use your power after a certain threshold.”
” Oh, You don’t need to worry about that.” Jun Tianyun chuckled. “I am very confident in handling my power.”
” Very well, Now come with me.” Selia turned around and walked away, making Jun Tianyun follow her.”
