Jun Tianyun and Saki’s expressions froze when they saw Sayu enter the room. With a lightning fast reaction, Jun Tianyun rolled to the side as he gave a nervous laugh.
” Ahaha! Sayu, It’s so late. I thought…You went to sleep.”
” Yes, Sayu. What happened? Do you need something?”
Saki adjusted her clothes as she tried to reduce the redness of her cheeks.
” En, Mama, I couldn’t sleep.” Sayu held her bunny plushie as she walked toward their bed, jumping on it and snuggling between Saki and Jun Tianyun.
” Besides, I want to sleep between Papa and Mama.” Sayu grinned.

Jun Tianyun remained stunned for a moment before he laughed out loud. ” Haha, Sure. Why not. Come here, Do you want to hear a story?”
” YAY!”
Sayu hugged Jun Tianyun tightly as her eyes turned into crescent moons. ” Papa, I want to listen to some adventure stories. Mama always tells me those boring stories of prince and princess.”
” Hey, You said you like those stories.” Saki was speechless when she heard that.
” Meh, Mama, you tell me those stories because they manage to make me sleepy.” Sayu pouted.

Jun Tianyun became amused when he saw the bickering between mother and daughter.
” Alright, Sweetheart, Papa shall tell you a lot of things.” Jun Tianyun caressed Sayu’s head as he smiled.

” Very well, Once upon a time, There was a powerful mercenary who returned to his home country…”
As Jun Tianyun told a family friendly version of the story, he saw Saki and Sayu falling asleep after a while.
” Haah, To think I will also face the cliche of children becoming a wall between the romance.” Jun Tianyun smiled wryly as he kissed the forehead of the sleeping Sayu.
” Sleep well, Child.”
Jun Tianyun mumbled as he got up. However, his eyebrows creased as he walked outside.
Walking out of the villa, Jun Tianyun saw a shrine Miko wearing a fox mask standing outside the villa.
” Did you really solve the problem of the construction site?” Ren looked at Jun Tianyun and asked.
” Of course. It was hindering my wife’s company. I just solved it.” Jun Tianyun shrugged. ” Besides, Doesn’t it show the incompetence of your Exorcist’s Association?”
” I heard that the Black Dragon Association put a commission about the construction site. But why didn’t the association take any action?” Jun Tianyun snorted.
” Well, What they did isn’t unreasonable.” Ren sighed as she shook her head. ” The construction site commission was put under A+ grade. And currently, none of the Yin Yang Masters are free enough to take on that commission.”
” And, If it’s a mission for Yin Yang Masters, anyone below that realm won’t take that mission, right?”
” It’s just a bunch of useless people.” Jun Tianyun sighed. ” Anyway, Why did you come here?”

” I said you won’t join them.” Ren grinned as she walked forward, leaning towards Jun Tianyun. ” Haha, Good, very good.” Jun Tianyun hugged Ren’s waist as he took off her fox mask. ” I guess you still know the personality of your lover, eh?”
” Alright, Time for real talks. Do you have time right now?” Ren smiled. ” Or, I just messed your sweet sleep?”
” No, Just tell me.” Jun Tianyun nodded.
” Come with me. I think you need to see someone.” Ren spoke as she turned around. Jun Tianyun nodded as he followed her back.
Soon, outside the city, they reached a mountain range. There stood an old shrine.
As Jun Tianyun saw a few people practicing their techniques, he nodded.
” Not bad. Are they all practicing some sort of spiritual swordsmanship?”
” Yes, They are.” Ren nodded. ” Drawing out soul force from your body, it can be used to harm demons, who are immune to physical damages.”
” Hmm, But it does look like time consuming though.” Jun Tianyun mumbled.
However, when it arrived inside the shrine, his pupils shrank instantly.
He saw a black cat sitting on a cushion, and at least ten types of dishes made of fish were prepared before it.
Looking at its fur, it was darker than the night, and its eyes were like blazing golden torches.
As it was noming the food, it paused as it looked at Jun Tianyun.
” Nyaa~ I didn’t expect to see a Nascent Divinity walking down on a mortal plane like this. Such a fortune…” The black cat spoke in a lady’s void as she licked her paws.
” And, I didn’t expect an Ascendant Divinity here.” Jun Tianyun smiled. ” May I know your name, great lady?”
” I am Matriarch of Dark Flames, Fish Loving Information Broker.” The black cat licked its paw as it waved it in the air.
” But, I don’t think I can say such a long name?” Jun Tianyun was speechless.
” Then called Tuba San.”
” Ah, I see… So, Miss Tuba San is the one helping Ren and everyone else in the Ancient Shrine, is it?”
” You can say so.” Tuba threw another fish cake in her mouth as she chewed it. ” Well, But I guess something even more delicious than fishes are here?”
Suddenly, Jun Tianyun felt a powerful dark flame surged around the shrine, giving the onlooker a glimpse of death. Jun Tianyun could also feel the surge of divine power from Tuba san, many times higher than his.
However, he didn’t falter as he looked at Tuba san.
” Well, Tuba san, Are you trying to threaten me?”

The black cat’s eyes shrunk as Jun Tianyun felt its hair standing on its end, like an angry cat.

Jun Tianyun snorted as he also released his divine power. Suddenly, the divine power rolled out like a tidal wave as his Throne of Fate materialized behind him.
The black cat was shocked as she felt such a vast surge of divine power, oppressing her own divine energy.

” Haha, What am I doing?” Tuba chuckled. ” I hope you heard about the five demon shrines, right?”
” Yes?”
” Well, Think like this.” The black cat licked its paw as it looked at Jun Tianyun.
” Imagine you have five delicious food platters before you. What are you going to do?”
