After a while, Jun Tianyun broke the silence.
” Since you have already reached the end of an arc, you should stop posting chapters for now.
“Let’s stack ten or twenty more chapters then post it.” Jun Tianyun advised.
” Alright.” Zi Yanrou nodded.
” It’s already time. I have to go now.”
Jun Tianyun spoke. He got up and quickly dressed. After a while, he finally left.
” Sigh, This kid.”
Zi Yanrou smiled lightly as she sighed. She stretched her body as she started typing on her laptop.
” Hmm, I only have more than one day to finish Chen Ye. I should hurry.”
Jun Tianyun mumbled as he reached the Purple Star Academy. Li Yuling already reached the class as she sat on her seat.
” Good morning, Sister Yuling.” Jun Tianyun greeted.

” The test results will come out today. I am a bit nervous.”

Li Yuling nodded. After a while, the class was filled with students. Chen Ye also came as he sat with a smug face.
Teacher Lin entered the class as she held the test results. The student’s heartbeat turned fast as they saw the results in her hand.
” Alright, Students. The test was hard, but many students did well in this test.”
” Many students performed out of expectations, in both good and bad ways.” Teacher Lin’s scoffed lightly.
” Alright, Let’s announce the results first.”
” In this test, The first place goes to…”
” Student Jun Tianyun. He scored 299 out of 300.”
Teacher Lin announced with a smile. ” Let’s have applause for him.”
Jun Tianyun stood up as everyone started applauding. He bowed lightly as he also smiled at Lin Ruoxi.
” The second place goes to Chu Yi. As for the third place, Li Yuling secured it.”
” Here, These are the ranking list.” Lin Ruoxi showed it, as she distributed the results to everyone.
” Hah, Hmm, I guess I am in not the top three. But, I should definitely be able to secure fourth or fifth rank.” Chen Ye muttered.
” Teacher Lin, I want to ask, What is my position?” Chen Ye stood up as he asked.
” Oh, Chen Ye? You have secured the fourth position…”
Teacher Lin snorted lightly. But before she could say something Chen Ye started to smile.

Li Yuling was startled as she hesitated for a bit. Jun Tianyun raised his brows as he became curious.
Although he knew Chen Ye said that he will get into the top five, he didn’t know any bet between Li Yuling and Chen Ye.
” Sister Yuling, What did you bet?” Jun Tianyun asked.
” I… I said that… If Chen Ye managed to get into the top five, I will go to dinner with him.”
Li Yuling’s face was slightly red as she spoke.

” Hehe, Sister Yuling, Are you reneging from your bet?” Chen Ye chuckled.

Teacher Lin interrupted. Chen Ye’s face twitched as he looked at Lin Ruoxi with an unpleasant face.

He looked at Jun Tianyun and then at Lin Ruoxi. He remembered that day when Jun Tianyun came out of Lin Ruoxi’s house.

Li Yuling tried to defend him but she was paused by Jun Tianyun.
” Oh really? It seems you already learned how to talk back, huh?”
Lin Ruoxi’s eyes narrowed. ” I guess you are really impatient.”
” Very well, I would like to hear your reasons.” Chen Ye chuckled.
” Really? Then listen.”
Lin Ruoxi’s voice turned colder. ” I said you secured the fourth position. But, I never said that you secured the fourth position from the top.”
” Wha-What do you mean?!”
Chen Ye felt something was amiss as he asked. Lin Ruoxi snorted as she continued.
” Chen Ye, You are ranked fourth from the bottom. You barely managed to pass this test.”

Chen Ye became stunned as he couldn’t think properly for a few moments.
He felt like someone smashed a stone, no, a thousand kg iron hammer on his head.
The classroom burst with laughter after a moment of tranquility.
