Chapter 112: Sabotaging the Enemy
The next day Shannon took an extended lunch break, as she met up with her little sister with a surprise visit to the woman’s penthouse. Luckily for her, Alex was not home, instead he was at the MMA gym preparing for his next fight, which was not even scheduled yet.
When Shannon knocked on the door, and Diana opened it, the mature busty blonde beauty was surprised to see her older sister standing there, with a rather glum expression on her face. And just when she was about to ask what was wrong, Shanon invited the woman out to lunch.
“Hey Diana… I have some things I’d like to talk to you about. Do you want to get some lunch, by any chance?”
Diana had really nothing to do that was important. After all, she was a trophy wife of a billionaire, one she was currently divorcing. And thus, she had no real job to take care of. And upon seeing how distraught her older sister was, Diana nodded her head, and quickly grabbed her keys before taking the woman out to eat.
“Sure, there’s a nice place in the casino below. We can get a VIP booth, and you can talk to me about anything you need to say.”
With this said, the two mature beauties descended the elevator into the casino where they ordered some drinks and some fine food. And once they were finally settled in, Shannon finally revealed what had gotten her down.
“I wanted to talk to you about Alex… You may not know this, but I stopped by yesterday and had a chat with him. He really seems to hate me…. He thinks I was a terrible aunt, who cared more about that boy Chad, then I did him….”
Diana was in the middle of drinking her wine, and practically choked on it when she heard Chad’s name come up. Her expression immediately turned sour as she spoke her honest thoughts about the boy.
This shocked Shannon in a way that was visibly displayed on her face. She quickly defended Chad to her little sister, which caused the woman to react in dismay.
“What are you talking about? Chad is a perfectly nice kid! He’s always helps me around the house whenever he stops by. What would you call him a punk?”
Diana stared at her sister with a weird gaze. Almost as if she could not believe that Shannon was so oblivious. Or perhaps her older sister was playing ap rank on her. But after examining the woman’s expression for only a few moments, Diana realized that Shannon had no clue about Chad’s true nature, and thus she exclaimed her shock around.
“Jesus christ… You’re serious, aren’t you? How could you not know? You have lived next door to the little prick for all these years, and you have no idea about the torture he put Alex through when they were kids? How is that possible? Fucking hell Shannon, I thought you were the one who took care of it!”
Shannon was completely flabbergasted by her young sister’s words. She had no idea what the woman was talking about and was quick to inquire further.
“What are you talking about? Torture!?! What torture? I mean, sure, Chad may have teased Alex a little, but they were just boys, and boys will be boys, right?”
Diana was now furious with her elder sister, so much so that the two of them were lucky that they were currently in a private booth. Because if they weren’t, her shout would have alerted the entire restaurant.
“Jesus fucking christ Shannon! You seriously don’t know? Chad used to bully Alex when they were kids. My son would come home with welts and bruises all over his body! Why do you think I enrolled him in Mixed Martial Arts at such a young age? So he could defend himself from the little fucking thug!
I even approached the boy’s mother, and tried to get her to control her little bastard, but she told me to fuck off! I thought for sure you had taken care of it when Alex stopped coming home in tears. After all, Chad always looked up to you, and you were on much better terms with his parents than I was. How long did you allow this to go on for? If I had known you did nothing to stop this, I would have never sent Alex and my girls over to your place while John and I were working!”
This sudden information stunned Shannon. She genuinely felt like she had just been hit with a brick over her head. Chad was bullying Alex for all those years? And she not only let it happen, but passed it off as childish teasing? She could not help but feel an overwhelming sense of guilt rush into her heart as she voiced her thoughts aloud.
“Oh, my god… I’m a terrible aunt… Alex is right to hate me….”
Diana felt a bit bad about how her sister was reacting to this news. And, thus, she decided to intervene on her behalf.
“I don’t know how much it is worth… After all, Alex seems to hate me as well… But I will talk to him tonight when he gets home from the gym about sorting things out with you.”
This comment caused some form of hope to appear in Shannon’s eyes, as she latched onto her little sister’s hands and thanked her from the bottom of her heart.
“Really? Oh, thank you Diana! I promise I will do what it takes to make things right.”
And thus the two women would continue their meal while discussing what Alex had been up to while away in Korea. Diana would, of course, neglect to mention that the man was now worth millions of dollars and had sixteen lovers waiting for him back in Seoul.
As for Alex, he saw a message appear while he was hitting pads that made him wear a devilish smirk.

Alex saw this and was slightly surprised. Clearly Shannon was speaking with his mother, who had told her the truth. And thus he struck the pads with 100% of his power in order to burn off some of his excess excitement, all while thinking about the ongoing rivalry between him and his own bully.

Later that afternoon after eating lunch with Diana, Shanon returned to her home, where she found Chad waiting for her on her porch with a sullen expression on his handsome face. She honestly had mixed feelings about the boy now that she knew the truth about him bullying her nephew.
But because Chad had always been so kind and helpful to her, she decided to let him in her house. Once they were inside and she had grabbed a few beers for the two of them, she asked about why the man was so glum.
“What’s wrong kiddo? Did your little girlfriend break up with you?”
This joke caused Chad to wince in pain, as if he had been stung by a cicada killer. Upon seeing how she had hit the nail on her head, Shannon gasped in surprise before voicing her thoughts out loud.
“No, it can’t be? Little Emily has broken up with you? Why? She’s had a crush on you since childhood? What the hell did you do?”
A guilty expression appeared on Chad’s face. There was no way he could admit to this mature beauty who was practically twice his age that he had admitted to having a crush on her while growing up. And thus, he was about to come up with some excuse. When Shannon noticed, he was staring at her tits.
Until now, she had never given much thought to Chad looking at her in such a way. After all, in her eyes, he had always been just the sweet kid next door. But now that she knew he was not the boy she thought he was, she was far more wary around him. Thus, when she caught him staring at her chest, which was covered by a tight fitting blouse, she was quick to reprimand him.
“Oi! You little shit, my eyes are up here!”
This remark shocked Chad. Not because of her foul mouth. That had always been a part of her personality, and if he was being honest, he kind of enjoyed it. No, what shocked him was that she had finally called him out for staring at her incredibly sexy body, despite him doing it for almost ten years now.
It took the man a moment to collect his thoughts, as he forced his gaze towards Shannon’s soft blue eyes before admitting a partial truth about why Emily was mad at him.
“I may have admitted that when we were kids, I had a crush on another girl…”
This caused Shanon to sigh heavily and shake her head, before lecturing the man on his own stupidity.
“Honestly Chad, I thought you were smarter than that. You should know that a girl like Emily doesn’t want to hear stuff like that, especially now that you are in a relationship with her. I have half a mind to slap you across the face.
If you want my advice, you should simply apologize to the girl, and assure her that she is the only one for you. And you lost interest in whoever this girl was a long time ago. Maybe do something nice, and buy her a gift. I know your family doesn’t have much money, and you are currently too involved with football to get a job, but perhaps your parents can give you a little bit of cash to splurge on Emily.
Anyway, it’s getting late, and I’ve got dishes to clean. So how about you go run back to your parents and give what I said a try?”
Shannon quickly got up from her seat and walked towards the Kitchen where she noticed Chad was staring at her ass again. This had deducted another five points from her affection levels to him. Which he had no idea about. Instead, the boy quickly stood up and offered to help the mature beauty with her chores.
“Well, hey it’s not that late. How about I stay and help you with the dishes?”
Shannon looked over at Chase with a hesitant expression. Though the boy had previously stayed over at her place late to help with her dishes. The way she now noticed him looking at her made her feel wary about having him over at such an hour.
But since he had not tried anything until now, she sighed heavily and accepted the help. After all, she had been putting off doing the dishes for close to a week now, and it would take her an hour to clean up this mess on her own.
“Alright fine… But after we’re done with the dishes, you go straight home!”
Seeing how the mature beauty had given in, Chad smirked as he rolled up his sleeves and began helping Shannon with the dishes. It was shortly after this that the doorbell ran, and Shannon rushed over to answer it.
“Just a minute!”
The moment she opened the door, however, Shanon was shocked to see Alex standing in front of her. He was covered in sweat having just come from the gym, and appeared to be driving a Mclaren Senna, which he had flown over from Korea so that he had a car to drive here in the USA. But it was not the car which stunned the woman, but the words that her nephew spoke.
“Hey Shannon, Diana wanted me to speak with you about what happened between us earlier. Is now a good time?”
Shannon wore a giant smile on her pretty face and was just about to reach out to hug Alex, and accept him into her home. When Chad appeared behind her with a towel and a dish in his hands.
“Hey Shannon, what’s taking you so long? Whose at the door?”
Though Alex appeared furious when he gazed upon Chad, who was currently visiting his aunt. He was actually as calm as could be. He had long since gotten over his petty feud with this fool. Especially now that he planned to take everything from him. Yet he still put on a show of being angered for the sake of making Shannon feel guilty. Thus, his tone was filled with bitterness as he responded to the scene.
“Oh… I see you’re busy, I’ll come back some other time….”
Alex then turned around without saying another word, and walked towards his hyper car, while unlocking its doors with his key fob. Shannon quickly ran after her nephew, but tripped as she stepped upon the last stair of her porch, and fell to the ground. By the time she got to her knees, Alex had already sped off, causing Chad to scoff and make a nasty comment about the man.
“What a fucking douchebag. Honestly, Aunt Shannon, I don’t know why you bother with such a jackass. I mean, he is a terrible nephew! Here, let me help you!”
Despite the fact that Chad offered to help her up, Shannon declined his offer, and dusted herself off. Once she had done so, she gazed upon the man with cold rage. An appearance that said she wanted to scream at the man, but as a mature adult, would not allow herself to do so.
After all, not only had her feelings toward had taken a sharp drop recently, after learning some unfavorable things about him. But now she had the nerve to call her Aunt Shannon, and insult Alex, despite the fact that she had been a terrible aunt to him until now. Thus, her voice was laced with venom as she told the young man to get the fuck off of her property in the most polite way she could manage.
“Chad, I think it is about time you leave…”
This confused Chad, who immediately protested what he perceived to be mistreatment in an almost pleading done.
“Wait? Did I do something wrong? Why are you kicking me out?”
However, Shannon did not say another word, as she grabbed hold of the plate that Chad was holding, and the towel in her hands. She then began to climb up the steps of her balcony as she bade farewell to the man.
“Go home chad… I’m not asking again!”
Though the man had no idea what he had possibly done to offend the milf next door, he sulked as he walked away and returned to his home which was just next door. Once Shanon was inside her home, she poured herself a glass of wine, and laid her pretty head down on the table, while cursing herself for being so stupid.
“Why did you have to let that boy into your house? Diana told you she was going to talk to Alex. You should have known he was coming over today! You fucking idiot!”
It was not long after that Shannon received a call on her cell phone, and by then she was slightly tipsy from the three glasses of wine she had already drank. Curiously enough, the call was from Chad’s mother, who began to bitch her out.
“What the hell did you say to my son? He hasn’t come out of his room in three whole hours. Did you really kick my son out over Alex? I thought you disliked that boy?”
By now Shanon was intoxicated enough to let her true feelings out. Which was a complex mix of negative emotions. Thus her voice was slightly raised, and her tone was stern as she responded to her next-door neighbor, who until now she had always been on good terms with.
“”I never disliked Alex! And had I known that your son was bullying my nephew all those years ago, I never would have let him into my house! Chad is lucky that I’m even still talking to him after learning the truth about who he is!”
After saying this, Shannon hung up and drank some more wine before going to bed. She was entirely unaware that Alex was snickering as he drove home. Because the system had revealed just how pissed she had become at Chad.

Alex was happier than he had been in a long time. In a single day, he had reduced the playing field between him and Chad to an equal level. Not only that, but he had also gained a minor advantage in this game of chess, whose goal was to conquer Shannon’s heart.
However, Shannon was not the only heroine that Chad was pursuing. And by the looks of it, his old childhood crush was pretty damn close to being conquered by Chad. Though Alex did not know what would happen if a heroine was conquered by an MC, he did not plan to ever let that happen. Thus, he began to scheme how to insert himself into Emily’s life. Which luckily for him, the new semester began tomorrow.
