Whether it is "Xing" or "Tao", you must have a direction and see the road ahead clearly. Only when you have a clear direction can you walk without confusion and not be bewitched by delusions.
After burning away his inner demons and realizing his own shortcomings, Zhang Zhiwei felt a surge of clear energy rushing straight to his head, and a flash of inspiration came into his mind.
He contracted his consciousness, grasped the fleeting flash of inspiration, and immediately entered a state of enlightenment, with a feeling of unity between heaven, earth and man.

In this state, Zhang Zhiwei only felt a loud noise in his head, his consciousness was elevated, his soul did not leave his body, but his consciousness was separated from his body, staring at himself from a strange third angle.
I cannot see the true face of Mount Lu because I am in it. When my consciousness is elevated, I break free from the limitations of my body and soul and look at myself from another perspective. Zhang Zhiwei gains some new insights.
He could clearly feel the changes in his "life" when he was practicing the Golden Light Mantra.
"Life" is being tempered and becoming stronger bit by bit.
At the same time, there are complex and complicated thoughts flashing in "sex".
These thoughts are not distractions caused by an unclear mind. In this state of enlightenment, Zhang Zhiwei's mind is like a clear mirror and still water. It is impossible for him to have so many distracting thoughts.
"What is it?"
Zhang Zhiwei listened carefully. These thoughts were very chaotic and weak. Some said they lacked soil, some said they lacked water, and some said they were being excluded...
There was only one thought that was crystal clear, and it said:
"I just want to reach the top step by step..."

How dare it say such rebellious words to me?
Hey! ~ No, this isn't coming from the monkey, it's coming from the heart.
Heart, monkey mind, the monkey mind is the restless thoughts of the heart. The monkey's thoughts represent the thoughts of the heart, so aren't the other thoughts...
Zhang Zhiwei suddenly realized that these thoughts were not random thoughts, but advice from various parts of the human body to him, the "king".
For some reason, Zhang Zhiwei recalled what his former master Zhang Jingqing said when he explained the Golden Light Mantra to him.
Master said, "The Golden Light Mantra is a method for cultivating both one's body and soul. Its essence is to regard the body as the country, allowing the spirit to sit high on the spiritual platform, and like a sage king, to watch over the entire country with an attitude of inaction. This attitude of inaction brings tranquility, freedom, and enlightenment."
At the time, Zhang Zhiwei was puzzled and asked, "If one's body is for the country, and as a king, I do nothing for the sake of so-called tranquility, so-called freedom, and so-called Tao, then wouldn't that be a tyrant?"
But the master told him, "You who are inaction are not inaction. You who sit high on the spiritual platform at ease are definitely not a dead branch. You who are at ease are all-powerful. Therefore, the way to be a sage within and a king without is obscure and unclear, stagnant and unexpressed. People all over the world do what they desire, and each takes his or her own path."
The words spoken by the masters of Taoism are often very mysterious, and Zhang Zhiwei did not understand them at that time.
But at this moment, it suddenly appeared in my mind. All those things that were once obscure and difficult to understand were now unlocked and understood.
"Golden Light Mantra, I, the Taoist Master, have realized it!"
With a sudden realization, Zhang Zhiwei's Golden Light Mantra took another step forward.
A layer of golden light gradually appeared on the surface of his body.
This layer of golden light was very thin, not at all as thick as when he usually cast the Golden Light Spell.
But inexplicably, this layer of golden light spell gave people a feeling of toughness, as if it was compressed to the extreme, the golden light was restrained, almost turning into a physical object and merging into the body.
In the quiet room with flickering candlelight, Zhang Zhiwei was surrounded by a faint golden light, which inexplicably gave people a sense of ethereality.

Zhang Zhiwei slowly opened his eyes, his gaze was pure and clear without a trace of impurities.
He stood up and stretched his muscles.

But the body made a sound like frying beans.
"I seem to have comprehended something extraordinary this time. My level of Golden Light Mantra has advanced one step further, surpassing the Hundred-Foot Railing, and I have entered the realm of Inner Sage and Outer King."
Zhang Zhiwei closed his eyes and felt himself, muttering to himself.
The term "inner sage and outer king" is one of the main academic thoughts of the Three Religions of Confucianism, and is also the ideological guidance for Confucian students in dealing with interpersonal relationships.
But few people know that the saying "Inner sage and outer king" originated from Taoism. It was first proposed by the Taoist sage Zhuangzi. It is a state pursued by Taoist practitioners all over the world and an explanation of oneself.
However, as the saying goes, if you understand one principle, you will understand all principles. All principles in the world have something in common. This principle proposed by the Taoist sage was used by the Confucian sage and even praised by the sages of the three religions. Its value can be imagined.
Of course, the principles are the same, but the forms of expression are very different.
Let’s not talk about Confucianism for now.
But for Taoists, the so-called inner sage refers to "sitting and forgetting" to achieve "heart fasting".
In short, it means that the spirit is not controlled by the body, but sits high on the spiritual platform, yearning for the spiritual aspirations of heaven and earth alone.
To put it simply, the most basic meaning is to remove the spirit from the body, let the spirit be free, and be able to observe the overall situation of the body without being affected, so as to practice the kingly way.
This sounds simple, but it is actually extremely difficult because most of the time, people are dominated by their body's instincts.
For example, if you are already very fat, other parts of your body are telling you, "Boss, stop eating. I can't hold on any longer."
But your stomach is telling you to keep eating. After a tiring day, why not enjoy yourself? Who do you choose to listen to?
For example, your brain tells you to play games and not sleep.
But your liver is telling you it’s about to explode, so who are you going to listen to?
In terms of your body, you are like a king. If your cultivation is not good enough, treacherous ministers will be in power, the people will suffer, and eventually your country will be destroyed, your family will be ruined, and you will die.
The practice of the Golden Light Mantra is to make oneself, the king, become a holy monarch and a holy king.
"Wuwei" does not mean inaction, but not being controlled by all kinds of complicated thoughts in the body.
To be a sage king, one must first see his own country, see the human body structure, sympathize with the people, and listen to their wishes.
Zhang Zhiwei's previous state of breaking through the small world of the human body and being able to see God was this realm, but it was not entirely so.
Because he can only see the situation in the human body structure, can sympathize with the people, and fill the loopholes where he finds them, but he cannot listen to the people's hearts, integrate knowledge and action, and implement the kingly way.
The reason for this was that Zhang Zhiwei was influenced by delusion, which made him unable to hear the sounds of his body.
But this time, he realized his own delusion, and with his enlightened mind, his inner alchemy practice took another step forward to the hundred-foot barrier. He took this step and not only saw, but also heard.
This was a huge improvement. In the past, he was like a monarch who worked hard to govern the country and wanted to build a strong country and open up a vast territory, but he did not know how to do it because he was deaf and could not hear advice, so he could only act arbitrarily.
But now, the ruler and the people are one, they are a sage inside and a king outside, so why should we worry about the improvement of our life and death cultivation?
"Last time, Master misheard me and complained for a long time, saying that I was hiding something from him and he was unhappy."
"This time, I have to talk to him properly, so that he won't be so sullen all day long!"
Zhang Zhiwei ran out in a hurry. He didn't want to hide his understanding of the Golden Light Mantra last night.
He grew up in Longhu Mountain, and this place has long been his home.
Family members don't talk behind each other's backs, so what's the point of hiding it? Zhang Jingqing won't harm him.
Moreover, the master has a high level of cultivation, and if I tell him what I have realized and felt, he can also give me guidance.
