The initial intention behind artificial intelligence and robots was to completely liberate humanity, but limited by the development of human society and various factors of human nature, this technological revolution ended as soon as it began. However, in order to maintain social order and stabilize the lower and middle classes, those in power reluctantly made sacrifices, which also promoted social development.
This allowed the Doomsday to enter a relatively stable period of development, lasting from 1950, after the end of World War II, until 2175, when the third world war, which devastated the world, broke out due to an energy crisis.
However, this long period of peace seemed to have made humanity forget the scars of war, to the extent that they crippled themselves as soon as the fighting began.
Yet, the governments in the Doomsday seemed to have overexerted themselves; even during the most severe times of war, the Ming, American, and Soviet governments only used robots as auxiliary forces, controlling some combat robots with basic artificial intelligence.
It is now the Doomsday, free from those agreements and governmental constraints, and social moral restrictions no longer exist.
Developing and using some robots should be acceptable; Feng Jun does not expect them to be overly intelligent, just to have decent combat capabilities.
They could then help him hunt some Mutants.
The six movies were very long, and Gu Yunyun and Gu Yaoyao only endured watching them out of consideration for the snacks Feng Jun provided, skipping some unimportant plotlines.

Who was the first to travel through time and trigger the time paradox? Was it the machine or John Connor?
Moreover, the terminator itself has many points to critique; in the second film, a young John Connor removed the T800's chip and deleted Skynet's inhibition program, giving the T800 the ability to learn, which brought the T800 to the level of intermediate artificial intelligence.
It can autonomously learn new skills and knowledge, and can perform reasoning, planning, and problem-solving in multiple fields.
And it can generate emotional learning and evolution.
Looking at the chip extracted from the T800 in the movie, it was only the size of an adult's thumb, making it hard to imagine the complexity of the transistor count within it and its ability to perform massive, complex computations.
It's worth noting that even with Quantum Computers in the Doomsday timeline, true intermediate artificial intelligence has not yet been developed, though a significant reason for this is human self-limitation.
What Gu Yunyun wanted to express was that it is possible to manufacture humanoid mechanical bodies similar to the T800 in the movie, but it is unlikely for every T800 to possess computing capabilities similar to ultimate artificial intelligence.
