Usually, Sam was like a little puppy who would jump when she told her to, and fetch when she threw a ball. Even if Emilia kicked her away, the girl would only give her a pitiful look, and then go back to happily wagging her tail again as soon as the younger girl gave her a smile.
Obviously, Emilia would never kick her little puppy. It would be enough if she didn't spoil it silly, and didn't turn it into an immovable fat ball of fur that could only munch endlessly and be pampered.

But… Emilia really couldn't bear to raise her hand against any of her darlings. 'In that case… I can only beg!'
Meanwhile, Samantha's frown turned deeper at the gorgeous girl's lost expression. "Did you not hear what I said? Do you think your face will look prettier with a palm print?"
The crimson-haired girl in her arms shook her head before blinking at her with an innocent look, and Sam could only feel a sense of helplessness in her heart. "Just answer my question, then. You were already lying bare beneath me earlier, and I could have easily done whatever I wanted. So… what would you have done if I tried to go farther?"
Samantha was well aware that Emilia also doted on other girls, though she wasn't sure how far they had gone with her. At least Emilia was still a 'virgin', right?
But unless she knew the answer to this question, Sam felt like she could never rest assured. Even if you dote on someone, there has to be a limit!

In the end, she could only give the girl a helpless nod, and the mischievous smile on Emilia's face only made her roll her eyes. 'I knew she was playing with me!'
But what could she do even if she knew?
Emilia leaned forward and pecked her on the cheek playfully, completely ignoring the older girl's grip on her hair. "I knew big sister loved me the most!"
Sam almost spat out blood. 'Fuck your big sister!'

Emilia smiled as she tucked a stray lock of crimson behind her delicate ear. "Big sister… about your question…"

Emilia silenced her with a peck on her lips, and then leaned further forward to whisper in her ear. "It's fine. Actually… if you really forced me, I would have let you."
There was a boom in her mind as the older girl's face turned completely red. 'This crazy girl… is she seducing me at this time?!'
In fact, Samantha felt like her mind was about to completely explode from the strange mix of rage, lust, and desperation. 'Also, is she fucking CRAZY?! That's half of her life! And she would have let me? I wouldn't even know… does she want to die?!'

Sam almost fainted. 'I-Is this the retribution for just saying I will slap her?!'
Emilia smiled as she pulled her close and rubbed their cheeks together affectionately. "Well, enough teasing. Don't worry about useless things, Sam. I'm only a little low on energy now, but I'll have plenty soon enough, and then we'll have lots and lots of fun!"

While Samantha was having a heart-to-heart with Emilia, the man who had caused her accident was reeling in despair as he stared at the screen in front of him in disbelief.
On the left half was his wife, who was being escorted away by armed guards to an unknown location. And on the right… was his 'dead' son, Braxy.
The boy was truly well and alive, though he definitely wasn't living a life of luxury in the mines, he was just another worker. But he was alive!
Both elation and despair filled his heart when the man realized that his son wasn't dead, but thanks to his own misjudgment… he might soon face that fate.
The words of the young girl earlier continued ringing through his numb mind as he mumbled to himself like a crazed man. "N-No… I didn't… I couldn't… They won't die… because of me…"
