After learning from Shenron that the Time Ring could be used to travel through time and space, Xiaya etched the name “Time Ring” in his heart. He planned to ask Supreme Kai to let him try the Time Ring. Xiaya said to Bulma, “For the time being, put aside the matter of the Time Ring, and please hasten the research of the Interdimensional Travel Device.”

Xiaya nodded and said to North Kai, “Supreme Kais live in the Sacred World of the Kai which is in the highest dimension of the universe. In the ancient times, there were North, South, East, and West Supreme Kai, as well as Grand Supreme Kai—who rules over everything—making a total of five Supreme Kais, who all lived in Sacred World of the Kai. However, due to an extremely powerful demon that brought chaos to the world, only East Supreme Kai is left now.”
“You know so many things; did all this happen in the other world?” North Kai asked in surprise.
“Yes,” Xiaya replied.
North Kai sighed and said, “Matters relating to space-time are really complicated. Forget it… If you are able to meet the Supreme Kai, please say hello to him on behalf of this old man.”
“All right,” Xiaya readily agreed.
Then, he chatted with Bulma and others for a while. After that, he went to train in seclusion. Before going to Sacred World of the Kai, Xiaya needed to improve his strength again.

However, unlike the God of Destruction who destroys, a Supreme Kai’s strength gear more towards protecting, thereby lacking absolute strength like that of a God of Destruction; however, that doesn’t imply that a Supreme Kai isn’t strong. On the contrary, a Supreme Kai is very strong, but just weaker when compared to Majin Buu and a God of Destruction.
Every Supreme Kai has the ability to pinch Frieza to death with just one hand.
Although East Supreme Kai seemed quite weak in front of Majin Buu, Xiaya knew that East Supreme Kai was, in fact, very strong. He might not be as strong as King Dabura of the Demon Realm, but he definitely had Battle Power that was close to Full Power Super Saiyan.

“It is empty as always,” As he said this, Xiaya took a deep breath of the refreshing aura of Sacred World of the Kai, and let out a sigh.
After breaking through the Ordinary Super Saiyan realm on Earth, he came to the Sacred World of the Kai by himself to try his luck, as he could gradually feel that Bulma’s research was not making any progress.
