Those are not wind chimes but might be items serving as trademark of the shopping street which possesses the implication that the shops are dealing with “Demonic Steel Alloy . ”They would likely be mascots if they had a gentle character . That was the impression of the shopping street if you only looked at it from outside . Small alleys continue sideways of the shopping street . Narrow, inner paths as if diverging to the inner parts of the city .
