The moment Klaus appeared back in the camp, a large chunk of ice materialized, and he drew his thin sword, beginning to sculpt what he had seen.
His friends and the overlords tried to approach him, but he didn’t allow them. Instead, he made them move several kilometers back.
The moment he started sculpting the monster, the aura around him began to rise. Fifteen minutes later, he had captured about 70% of what he had seen.
Even just 70% revealed the monster’s immense power. The aura was sufficient for Klaus to declare that the battle must happen soon, or the monster would break through, and they would be doomed when that happened.
After sculpting the monster, he put it away.
It was a two-headed spider monstrosity that had to be killed before things escalated. He couldn’t see much, but he noticed that the string was short from one of its fourteen metallic legs.
“It must die soon,” he said, putting it away and clearing the aura in the air.
At that moment, the rest of his team moved toward him, sensing the terrifying presence was gone.
“What was that, Klaus?” Danny asked. Klaus didn’t immediately answer; instead, he raised an ice fortress around them, creating ice chairs for everyone around a table.
“That was 70% of the aura of the Tier 11 monster we are here to kill.”
“What?” they all exclaimed.
“That was just 70%. I could feel my bones shaking even from many kilometers away,” Lily said, making her sisters nod their heads.
“You won’t have to worry about them. Your targets are these twelve.” He waved his hand, bringing out the sculpted creatures.
The moment the creatures landed on the table, their aura fell on everyone, making them pale.
“Please,” Kent smiled at Queen Lunara, who waved her hand and removed the terrifying auras from the ice sculptures.
She is a Void stage expert, so clearing the aura of Tier 10 beasts is something to worry about.
“These are the beasts we will be facing?” Daniel asked with a gulp.
“Indeed,” Klaus said, picking up one of the creatures.
“All the beasts you will be facing are very powerful. I don’t know exactly how terrifying they are, but I sensed enough to know fighting them individually, or even two against one, will be a headache.
The good news is we came in our numbers. That’s the only good news.
The bad news is, there are three Tier 11 monsters instead of one.”
“What?” they exclaimed again.
“There are indeed two other Tier 11s, but they are both level 3, so we don’t need to worry too much, considering we have three Tier 11s with us.
The only downside is how we handle them without escalating things.” Klaus looked at the faces of the Overlords and Grand Elders and sighed.
“If you had managed to create a soul body, perhaps you would have gained the strength to fight the Tier 11s. It’s too bad none of you managed to do that.
I am not underestimating any of you, but the two other Tier 11s are monsters that can rival an ordinary Level 7 Tier 11.
Sending you to face them would be like sending you to your death. We cannot allow that. I can’t do that with good conscience.
But that is okay, considering the Tier 10s aren’t easy either. One of the Tier 10s has the ability to summon monsters, so we need all hands on deck.”
“Then how are you going to handle the other two Tier 11s, considering the main target won’t just sit there and watch us evade its domain?” Anna asked.
Considering what they felt when he was sculpting the Tier 11 monster, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say the four of them wouldn’t be able to face it.
“The plan is actually very simple. I will hold the Tier 11 monster and one of the Level 3s for ten minutes. This will give my three teammates enough time to handle One of the Tier 11s without exhausting their energies.
The moment they manage to handle Tier 11, two of them will take over the other while I and the other face the main target.”
Klaus replied with a smile, but the ladies and the overlords could only watch him in shock. What he said sounded strange, shocking, and completely unbelievable.
“No need to think too much about it. I have already run hundreds of scenarios, and that is the only outcome that can allow us to have a shot against all Three Tier 11.
So, while it’s not going to be easy, it also wouldn’t be impossible. But it will all depend on my teammates, which means you three,” Klaus said, turning to Nari, Queenie, and Queen Lunara.
“Don’t worry. Ten minutes is enough time to kill one of the Tier 11s,” Queen Lunara said, making Klaus smile.
“The main targets here are these four.” Klaus isolated four creatures from the twelve.
“This one is an Ice Banshee. And yes, it’s the Banshee we all know from the movies. They are real and nasty creatures to deal with.”
The sculpture was of a feminine beast. She had no eyes, and from what Klaus saw, she had icy hair, which showed just how terrifying she was.
The second was a sleek wolf with wings. Just looking at it was enough for Klaus to tell it would be one powerful wolf after consuming his blood.
“It’s called a Radiant Hound.”
The third was a lion, which also had wings. However, unlike the wolf, which had one large wing, this one had six pairs of wings made from what appeared to be tendrils.
It also had antlers, showing it was a hybrid of a lion, some winged beasts, and an antelope. That was a powerful combination.
“It is called a Crimson Crown, a tribrid, if I’m not mistaken.” Klaus looked at Queenie.
“I planned on taming it for you. It has the ability to manipulate blood—a perfect companion for you on the battlefield.”
The Asura princess smiled upon hearing that.
The last creature was a rather unique one.
“Is that a machine ?” Overlord Mira asked, looking at the panther-shaped beast with gears for organs and a molten core heart.
Its limbs were made of weapons, and even its eyes and mouth were weapons.
“It’s a beast from the machine beast race. Machine beasts are living creatures made of weapons.
Every part of their body is made of metal. This panther, though, still needs a couple of evolutions to reach its prime potential, but it’s still dangerous.
It’s a beast that can cause great calamity in battle.”
He met one back in the Tormented World. It was on a merchant spaceship that came to deliver slaves to one of the witch temples.
Back then, Fruity was fascinated by such a creature, so he pursued it and exchanged a few blows with it. That was when he realized there were some creatures out there that should be taken as friends instead of enemies.
It’s too bad this one was now on the enemy side.
