He started the car, and the mansion gates opened again.
The car stopped inside the courtyard.

Lu Qingyan finally said in fluent English, “This meeting is adjourned for now, we’ll continue tomorrow.”
He shut the computer.
And headed to the bedroom.
Jiang Nanshu had somehow found a tablet and was now figuring out how to unlock it.
Lu Qingyan picked up the hairdryer from the dresser. “Dry your hair before you sleep.”
“How come you’re out? Is your meeting over? I’ll dry it in a bit,” Jiang Nanshu asked all at once.
She wasn’t too keen on listening to Lu Qingyan’s business matters.
That was her field of expertise.
She knew how fiercely guarded secrets were in their line of work.
But in this world, they didn’t know she was capable of running a business, and Jiang Nanshu didn’t have the intention to steal trade secrets from anyone.
Having had enough of that, she wasn’t inclined to build another business empire; she just wanted to hang out with her sisters and enjoy life.
Thinking about this, she felt melancholy.
Lu Qingyan, without a word, pulled her up, handed her the unlocked tablet, and stubbornly started drying her hair. “You’ll catch cold if you don’t dry it properly.”

Why put up a sign for just a dog?
Lu Qingyan was lying to her.

“I’m going to take a bath.” Leaving her with those words, Lu Qingyan took his change of clothes and went to the bathroom.
