For the sake of simplicity, the nearby Void of Space could be segmented into regions that were hundreds of millions of miles vast- with three powers embroiled in these regions fighting for hegemony and resources!

They could either be obtained from other Rulers, or Realms that were constantly born within these Sectors.
A newly emerging Realm, untouched by others, could hold enough Resources to raise multiple Void Rulers. There were even unique Realms that had Unique Gem Socket Blueprints, Covenant Gems, Ability Gems, and Support Ability Gems!
In the case of the Dark Ruler Masako, she had even stated that her Ability Gem came from a dying star.
Out there in the Void of Space, there were many unique things and oddities as there even existed special regions where Covenant Authorities coalesced into profound Gems that could grant one understanding and assimilation of powerful Covenants of Nature!
In such a place, three forces are dominant- the Star Alliance, the Dark Rule, and the Beast Alliance.
All sides held their own ambitions and worked differently, but the crux of their power lay in the Rulers they had under their banner.
Their core forces were those who had assimilated a Covenant of Nature and could roam the Void of Space- Void Rulers!
Above them were the entities that had assimilated with multiple Covenants of Nature and even successfully managed to fuse at least two- Stellar Rulers!
There were then the ruling powerhouses behind these three groups in these Sectors.

No information was present for them in the booklet as Alexander would have to find out for himself as he increased his position in the Dark Rule.
