As Jiang Fei and Isabella flew off, riding on an armored dragon, crowds of spectators cheered as they watched them soar away into the sky.
“WEEE HAH!” Jiang Fei cried out with joy as the wind blew in his face.
Since ancient times, humanity had always been trying to fly in the sky. Even though Jiang Fei had experienced flying with airplanes, being cooped up inside the airplane cabin was as fun as riding a dragon!
“Too fast! T-This is too fast!” Isabella was small, to begin with, and when the wind was that strong, she held on even tighter. Jiang Fei, on the other hand, was only confused. She was, after all, a dragon herself!
The initial distance between the city and Han Tianyu’s location was quite the long way. However, due to the undisrupted flight of the dragon, and the speed of the dragon, the total time taken was short! A 300% movement speed increase was insane! After just 10 minutes of flight, Jiang Fei was able to see Han Tianyu as a dot on the ground.
“Hey boss. Take a look at that!” said one of the players with Han Tianyu.
“What the hell? A boss in the open world?” said Han Tianyu, panicking.
From his point of view, all he could make out was a flying creature.
“Gather the main attack party! Secondary, third, and fourth team on standby! Get ready to fight!” Happy Drunk was quick to react.
“H-Hey! That’s a dragon! A freaking dragon!” Hunters with the skill Eagle Eye possessed better vision, and they spotted the dragon when it was still high in the sky.
“A dragon?!” Happy Drunk panicked. A dragon was considered to be a high tier boss. How and why would they appear in a Level 30 field?
“Wait a minute. Something’s not… There’s someone on the dragon! Someone is riding the dragon! A Dragon Knight?!”
By the time Jiang Fei started to descend, he got low enough for the Hunters to see his character.
“A Dragon Knight? Could this be a sudden mission?” said Happy Drunk, excited.
“Wait! That guy. I know that guy! Ah! It’s Verdure Glider!” said the Hunter.
“Verdure Glider? WTF? Are you sure?”
“I’m sure. That’s Verdure Glider!”
“Is that so. Huhuhuhu. As expected of my own brother!” said Han Tianyu proudly.
“There’s even a girl behind him,” the Hunter added.
Han Tianyu was genuinely surprised when he heard about a girl riding together with Jiang Fei.
“What now? Finally, the kid grew a pair! So he knows how to pick up girls while riding a luxurious dragon!”
Woosh! Woosh! The wings flapped as the dragon was finally reaching to ground level.
“OH MY GOD! It’s really Ah Fei! This freaking dragon is so cool! Where on earth did you find this?” Han Tianyu gasped in awe as he approached Jiang Fei.
The dragon was huge; perhaps just the size of a small castle. Even though this Juvenile Skygliding Dragon was nowhere close to an actual dragon in terms of combat power, it looked just the same! That majestic armor on the dragon and the rider himself was a good pair, and they complimented each other.
“Yo! Where did you get this chick’s magnet?” said Han Tianyu, looking up to talk to Jiang Fei.
“You mean this dragon? I got it from a dungeon!” said Jiang Fei honestly.
“Which boss?” said Han Tianyu with eyes glinted with hope.
“The third boss of the Bottom of the Bloodpool. Heroic difficulty. It’s a rare drop, so I’m not sure whether doing the dungeon again might get this mount.”
“It’s fine. This is such cool ride. Even if there’s a 1% chance of getting it, we must treat it as an absolute chance! Happy Drunk! I want you to gather all the members and grind the Heroic Dungeon every day until you get me that dragon! I don’t care about clearing the dungeon! I just want the third boss defeated!” Han Tianyu tone changed immediately when he was talking to Happy Drunk. It was just like how he spoke to common thugs.
“Boss. That’s not possible. That dungeon is a 40-man dungeon. We don’t have enough tanks or healers!”
“That’s not my problem. Get it done.” Han Tianyu voice got deeper and more malicious when he heard Happy Drunk was making excuses.
“Don’t worry about it. The boss is weakened now. The first three bosses will be easier to defeat. I’ll even send you a guide on how to defeat them later. The first three is easy, but the last two bosses would be very difficult,” said Jiang Fei when he noticed Happy Drunk’s dissatisfaction.
“Haha! That’s very kind of you! All of you should learn from him!” said Han Tianyu proudly.
“…” Happy Drunk fell silent. He knew that even with Jiang Fei’s “guide,” he would soon have his hands full. Being so high-tiered meant that the Divine Beast Isabella did not have a name tag like other pets. For example, <<Verdure Glider’s Pet>>. On the other hand, she had high artificial intelligence, to begin with, so her behavior and mannerisms were just like a normal girl. That was why she was so easily mistaken for an actual player.
“This is Isabella,” said Jiang Fei as he pulled her towards him. He knew that she would not like it and might even throw a random tantrum if he had called her his pet. Might as well steer into the skid.
“Hello there!” Han Tianyu greeted her like an actual player!
“Hello,” Isabella bashfully nodded her head.
“Haha! I like her! Ah Fei, you have good eyes!” said Han Tianyu as he patted Jiang Fei’s shoulder and laughed.
“Urgh…” Jiang Fei was at a loss of words. There was no way he could say that she’s his pet. If he had, Han Tianyu would only take it the wrong way!
“So, what’s the merch?”
“Oh yea! Here, I’m sure you’ll like it!” said Jiang Fei as he pulled out the Rainbow Blade and handed it over to Han Tianyu.
“My god!” When Han Tianyu received the sword, he was shocked to see the stats that the sword had.
“Already impressed? Wait till you equip it!” Jiang Fei snickered.
“WHAAAAT!?” Han Tianyu exclaimed aloud when he had equipped the sword. The seven colored sword glowed brilliantly. At that moment, Han Tianyu jumped to Jiang Fei and tried to plant a kiss to Jiang Fei’s cheek.
“YOOOOO! I AIN’T GAY!” said Jiang Fei as he forcefully pushed Han Tianyu away.
“HAHAHA! You know, we do make a good couple if both of us were gay!” said Han Tianyu as he threw a glance at Isabella.
