Ember herself had her teeth grit tight, trying to bear down the pain. Her face slowly changed; from her eyes shut tight, it slowly opened, confusion drawn on her face.

She muttered in confusion.
The energy, almost equivalent to five god-level essence crystals, was completely absorbed by Ember in moments! Furthermore, her expression didn’t show a hint of pain even after a few seconds passed.

Soon enough, Ember absorbed all the energy around her without a single change in her expression. She didn’t feel pain, nor did she suffer from Energy Overload. Furthermore, the energy within her rose to astounding levels.

Suddenly, a loud, beating sound echoed.

Just as I was wondering where the sound was coming from, I heard Ember’s trembling voice. Worried, I quickly turned to her and saw an amazing scene.

Ember was now covered in golden particles of energy! It was as if what she absorbed earlier was converted, purified, and turned into this golden light show surrounding her!
Ember’s energy level was slowly normalizing. From the inflated one before to about barely twice as powerful as Igni’s energy. The released energy crystallized before her and started to revolve around her body as if satellites orbiting their planet.
A total of sixteen golden orbs.
As soon as all the energy she released had solidified, suddenly, her body released a bright flash of light.
