The fact that Minerva and Hekate only came after lunchtime passed also didn’t help me one bit.
The reason they were late wasn’t because they were “tired,” but because of the preparations for welcoming the Cleaver Kingdom in two days. I already assigned that duty to Fina, and she accepted it with a bright smile on her face, claiming:
“I’ll make sure to give them the best welcome they’ll ever see!”
I was a little worried, but since she’s that fired up, I guess she’ll do a great job… Of course, I’ll still go and check her proposal and approve or ask for revisions, but I trust that there shouldn’t be many changes in need.

Ever since I became President, I feel like I have become a lot busier. However, my life became so monotonous that I felt like a worker robot.
“I give up! Things like this aren’t worth wasting my time on!”
I know that I can’t just give up the President position, but just sitting here and doing paperwork doesn’t really fit me.
“Don’t underestimate me, paperwork! I haven’t even shown one percent of my true power!”
As I was doing such a play, Minerva and Hekate were looking at me with worried eyes. Did they think that doing deskwork broke my mind? 𝘪.𝘤𝑜𝘮
Anyway, ignoring their stares, I activated a series of skills, going with [Shadow Skip] and [Cloning] one after another. After skipping about a dozen times, a dozen [Shadow Clones] appeared before me, all quickly going to work, picking papers from the pile and processing them.

It was so tiring to create this many clones. My energy, which was now equivalent to an 8th-stage, still had a lot to spare.
Although Fang did master the true [Shadow Clone] skill, it was more focused on the offensive use of the skill. Well, it’s not like I knew this method would work. It was a gamble of sorts for me, too. But now, I can finally spend time the way I want without needing to bother about working nonstop before a desk.
“Minerva, Hekate, want to go out with me for a breather?”
Although I did take the two out before on a shopping date, it’s not like there’s a rule saying I can’t take them on one again. The two smiled happily, standing up immediately and grabbing my arms.
“I wanna go! Where should we go?”
“Master, I want to go where Master wants to.”
I smiled, seeing them so proactive.
“Then, let’s go to the Capital. I know a few shops there that look interesting.”
I haven’t had time to go out myself, so this should be a good chance to replenish my random supplies. After all, I’ve already been saved many times by my hoarding personality.
Opening a portal, the three of us went to the Capital’s gates. Though it was a slight miscalculation on my part.
“P-President?!”
The guard watching over the gates turned to us, who exited the portal and quickly saluted. Hearing his shout, the other guards and even the pedestrians who were undergoing inspections and those who had just finished turned to look at us with curious eyes.
“It really is the president!”
“Thank you for fulfilling your promise, President!”
“Wow, it’s my first time seeing him from up close. He looks more handsome in person~!”

I turned to look around, and before we even managed to take three steps, we were already surrounded. I guess this is how celebrities get treated when they go to a public place without hiding their identity.
“No choice. Minerva, Hekate, diversion!”
As I commanded, Minerva quickly spread an invisible barrier around us, pushing back the crowd to let us have some breathing space. As soon as some space was made, Hekate spread a sparkling silver powder from her thin wings. It was beautiful to look at, sparkling as it reflected the sun’s light all around.
“[Flash]!”
Using the glitters in the sky, I used Judy’s skill, [Flash], and created a blinding light from my hand. The glitter quickly reflected the light, coloring the entire area around the gate in a burst of blinding light.
When everyone regained their vision, the three of us were long gone from our spots. Of course, we couldn’t go too far, as the flash’s effect wasn’t that wide. Instead, we hid in a secluded alley nearby, buying some time.
“We need some costumes if we want to go shopping here… Lucky for me, I have some on hand~!”
It’s not that I wanted to do something with the costumes. It’s just my usual thing to buy things, even if I have no need for them. Really, it’s not that I bought it because I thought letting the girls wear it was the best choice or something!
Anyway, I quickly took out three sets of costumes. Although Minerva and Hekate were slightly reluctant to wear them, they decided to follow my steps after I, myself, changed into my costume.
The one I wore was a simple prince-like costume, with a matching blonde wig and a pair of fake handlebar mustaches. I know it doesn’t suit me, but I still needed something to hide my face.
Minerva’s costume was a pretty common one. Using a special item that changes the reaction index of light, we changed the color of her wings to white and made them glow a little. On top of her head was a small golden halo, while her clothes were switched to a loose white robe with a thick belt around her waist, holding the clothes in place.
Hekate’s were a little different. Since she usually wears long clothes that hide most of her body, the one she’s wearing now is the complete opposite. Tight black clothes around her body, tracing her feminine lines religiously. Needle-like heels that made her as tall as I was, and a rolled-up whip hanging by her waist. With the added prosthetic horns on her head, it was a perfect costume.
Before me, right now, is an innocent angel and a dominatrix devil!
