His strength was around the Level 6 Devil Emperor strength, and this Jade Blade Boy could easily kill everyone present.

Generally Mystic Immortal is used as a term describing all those at the pinnacle level. We have grown used to translating the 魔帝 as Devil Kings, when in fact they are of the Devil Emperor strength, equivalent to the Immortal Lords.
