After leaving the private clinic, Dio lit up a cigarette. Those who he once knew have already gone their separate ways. There is nothing wrong with it, but it was just a little bit sad. But it may be good for them as they wouldn’t be caught up in the mess that was about to come.
Dio wanted to go to Will’s solo concert, but he thought that it might be a good idea not to show himself up again. But as Dio wanted to go back to Wanda for a little cuddle time, he saw a kid snatching an old woman’s bag. The old woman immediately shouted for help, but the kid has already crossed the traffic, making the old woman chase fruitless.
But as Dio sighed as he encountered another trouble that he didn’t want to deal with, the kid was suddenly captured by a tight web! Dio was impressed by the urban web-slinger as he easily captured the snatcher without alarming anyone.
“Uhh, whose bag is this?”
“It’s mine!”
“Here you go, pay attention next time, man. But if you are in a pickle like this time in the future, just try shouting my name! as long as I am nearby, I will come and help you! I don’t have a break, maybe except holiday.”
“I see. Thank you, Spiderman!”
The spider boy just waved his hand and immediately swung away towards the nearest rooftop while telling the man he just saved to look out and stay safe. Everyone, on the other hand, just look at the scene with confusion.
Dio sighed once again as he thought that the Spider could use his brain some more. He really liked the current Spiderman as the other iteration of Spiderman that he saw in the movie on his previous world had a major flaw that the current Spider didn’t.
As Dio saw that the man who was holding the pink bag runs towards him, Dio stretched his leg, tripping the man down.
“Who tripped me? Did you want to die!” The man shouted angrily. Almost everyone felt something was wrong, but nobody came forward, but the little Spider heard the commotion once again and saw what was going on in the street.
Seeing that he draw everyone’s attention, the man stood up quickly and tried to run once again, but Dio kicked him back down while taking the little pink bag from the man. The little Spider swung angrily towards Dio. “Why did you do that? Give me that bag back!”
Dio understood that the little Spider was annoyed since the man that he thought he just saved was immediately bullied again by others.
“Are you in cahoot with that snatcher earlier?” Spiderman said warily.
Dio sighed once again as he knew that the little Spider still didn’t understand the current situation.
“First, I have nothing to do with those two goons. Second, don’t you use your brain often? He said that this little pink bag was his and you immediately gave it to him! Did you ever saw a big man walk out with a little pink lady bag? And the third, the real owner was already on her way.” Dio said annoyedly.
After listening to Dio’s word, Peter, behind his Spiderman’s mask, blushed awkwardly, then at the very moment, the real owner finally arrived.
“My bag!” the old lady shouted as she picked her bag from Dio. The woman then kicked the guy on the ground, who tried to claim her bag as his. Seeing that the old lady was a little bit aggressive, Peter wanted to apologize, but before he could say anything, the lady has walked towards Dio in one large stride.
“Thank you very much! I thought I would never saw my bag anymore, but thanks to you, I get it back! I have seen what happened from afar. If it weren’t for you, I would never get this bag back! Can I have your number? I would like to invite you to dinner!” the old lady said excitedly.
“You don’t have to, lady. You better check if you lose something in there!” Dio said as he refused the lady invitation decisively.
The lady immediately checked the bag and saw that nothing was missing. “Everything is here. How should I thank you then?” the lady said hopefully.
“Well, if you really want to, you can give me a head!” Dio said shamelessly.
The lady immediately froze as she heard Dio’s words. She didn’t believe such a nice looking guy to be so shameless.
“Now that you didn’t want that, it might be good to thank this young man too. Although he made a few mistakes, his intention was worth encouraging.” Dio said as he pointed his finger towards Peter.
But the lady was already too angry to listen to Dio. She immediately stomped away with a red face of anger and didn’t even look back at Dio or the Spiderman.
Dio couldn’t bear looking at Spiderman’s discouraged expression, so he patted Peter’s shoulder and encouraged him. “You have done a good job, but you have to be more cautious in the future. Pursuing justice was a very courageous action, but you have to put your mind to it, so make sure you make a good judgement in the future!”
“My own judgement?” Peter said confusedly, but he was surely encouraged by Dio’s word. He recalled what he had done ever since he became the Spiderman, and he surely remembered that he didn’t really think over what he had to do the entire time!
