Under the misty moonlight among the ruins, a tall figure stood, his eyes gleaming red as if he were a hungry tiger searching for food.

Following that, his gaze fell upon other parts of the castle ruins, where more prey was hiding – all of which would become his power.

Under the shine of the moonlight, begging and screaming alternately resonated between the broken walls.

In the empty land in the center of the castle, a mystic green pattern array slowly formed from the blood of spiritual bodies, seemingly a formation linked to the omnipresent force fields within the castle.

Rapid Wood Tower, Ivan’s carefully nurtured Pan Iron Root began shedding again, with layers of rocky skin peeling off one after another, quickly filling up a pool that was twice as large as before.

“The roots aren’t thick, only about the size of two fingers, why is there so much skin?”

“I don’t know, our rapid wood silkworm clan never sheds like this.”

Locke and the Silkworm Queen had come early to witness the second transformation of the Pan Iron Root.

Without waiting for Ivan to say anything, he gestured to the Silkworm Queen and dashed out of the room.

Ivan paid no mind to him or the Silkworm Queen; he simply stared quietly into the pool, perceiving the status of the Pan Iron Root roughly through their connection.

So far, the Pan Iron Root did not manifest any adverse elements.

Before long, energy particles swarmed toward the pool, causing the water to steam and colors to burst forth. When all phenomena subsided, Ivan dispelled the lingering steam and energy particles.

Slowly, an object floated up from the pool; upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a large mass of wriggling rock.

The yellowing rock shifted, continuously changing shapes—originally root-like, then tree-like, and then into various forms such as wolves and leopards, along with many other bizarre forms.

Watching this scene, Ivan was puzzled, wondering if it involved ‘transformation’.
