“Could it be that the request I made to the main guild has been approved?” Ivan asked, filled with anticipation.
A week earlier, after careful deliberation, he had decided to make a request to the main guild for some knowledge inheritance regarding space and had expressed his desire to study teleportation arrays.
At the time, Angus had smiled more than anyone, praising him as a mainstay of the School of Space.
“You guessed right; the headquarters has agreed to your request.” Angus spoke as he took out a ring, allowing it to float towards Ivan. “This is a Space Ring, everything you asked for is inside, and the ring itself is a reward from the headquarters.”

Moreover, these scrolls had a limited lifespan, usually between three and five years, with the longest being no more than ten years, after which they would become useless.
The Transfer Sealing Scroll was also easily damaged, which could affect the stored items.
The Space Ring didn’t have these issues; with the proper care, it could be used for several hundred years.
After receiving the Space Ring, Ivan was about to probe it with his spiritual power to see what else the main guild had rewarded him with.
“Check it when you get back.” Angus stopped him with a chuckle.
“It’s my first time seeing a space magicalized item; I was too hasty.” Ivan paused, feeling slightly embarrassed.
“Sorcerer Ivan,” Angus’s tone suddenly became serious.
“Please speak,” Ivan responded earnestly.
“It’s clear that the Black Magic Wind Fire Array still has much potential for research. So many people have high expectations of you; you must not stop here.”
“I’ll try my best, but my abilities are limited; I might fall short.”
“Take your time, it doesn’t matter if it takes five years or ten, but make sure no one gets ahead of you.” Angus wasn’t rushing him—research is hardly completed in one leap. He paused before continuing:
“The knowledge inheritance given to you by the headquarters must be exceptional. Use this knowledge well. I’m still waiting for you to make a name for the School of Space and to intimidate other schools when the time comes.”
Ivan silently nodded.
He discerned another meaning in the Vice President’s words—if he had any research topics, he should apply quickly, as the guild would definitely provide the maximum support.
Before long, Ivan returned to Rapid Wood Tower from the guild.
He couldn’t wait to imprint his own mark onto the Space Ring, taking initial control.
He probed it with his spiritual power.

The lower volume contained practical knowledge, such as Space-type runes, runes bundles, and basic diagrams for intermediate runes sorcery arrays, covering energy gathering, spatial setup, minor teleportation formations, and more.
“The headquarters are truly generous; once I’ve mastered it, I could gather the materials to craft my own Space Ring,” he mused as he quickly flipped through the “Book of Milor,” filled with emotion after finishing.
Then, he picked up another reward, a piece of beast hide inscribed with spatial runes.

Ivan felt fortunate that he hadn’t made other miscellaneous requests.
Among all element systems, the Space-type is undoubtedly unique, with the value of its knowledge inheritance immeasurable.
Without a doubt, these two items were treasures hard to come by.
Had he not been a part of the Enchanters Guild, had he not contributed to the development of the sorcerer world, and had he not aspired to research teleportation arrays—with his strength and background, it would have been unlikely for these items to fall into his hands.
At that moment, he truly believed Angus’s words—that indeed, there were people who had great expectations of him.
