Ning opened his eyes just as he went unconscious, and was back to consciousness. Although it felt instantaneous to him, he knew some time had passed. That was how it always was.
He looked at the jungle below and saw surprised at how dark it just was. He looked at the sky and could see some hints of light towards the east, but there was absolutely no way to know that in the jungle.
'I didn't think it would be so bad for them. The Klavians would've died by now if they had lived in such a dense forest.' He looked around for a few more minutes and decided to do what he had woken up for.

Unable to find any ideas as to do what with the food when he did find them, he resorted to his only way of finding a possible solution every time, the system.
