"Mr..." Yu Qi looked at the man, asking about his name.
"Lefebvre Amaury. My name is Lefebvre Amaury." The man stated.
"Mr Lefebvre, I am Doctor Tang Yu Qi... Let's go to the waiting lobby. You can wait there. We can also get information faster there." Yu Qi said.
"Okay." Lefebvre Amaury nodded.
Both of them walked to the waiting lobby. Yu Qi spotted the security team staff. She called out for them.
"Doctor Yu Qi." The staff nodded to Yu Qi.
"How is the search?" Yu Qi asked.
"I assume the child knows that we are looking for him. Our tech member spotted him around the Lily Wad earlier. When we went there and searched around, we found nothing." The staff said.
"I am sorry for my child's behaviour." Lefebvre Amaury apologised for his child's behaviour.
"You don't need to apologise. A child is like that." The staff said.
While they were talking, Yu Qi felt someone hug her leg. When she looked down, she could see a child with blonde hair and blue eyes looking at him. Was this....
"Lefebvre Rafael, where have you been?" Lefebvre Amaury scolded the child.
Lefebvre Amaury was speaking in French. Yu Qi assumed that they were from France.
Lefebvre Rafael looked at his father once and hid behind Yu Qi. He was still hugging Yu Qi's legs.
"Come here." Lefebvre Amaury called Lefebvre Rafael's name.
Lefebvre Rafael ignored his father and kept looking at Yu Qi. Yu Qi knelt down facing the 6-year-old boy.
"Hello, Rafael. Nice to meet you." Yu Qi spoke in French, too.
Lefebvre Rafael smiled as he called out. "Mummy!"
Lefebvre Amaury and Yu Qi were shocked. The people around also looked at Yu Qi and the boy.
"Rafeal, what do you call her?" Lefebvre Amaury asked his son.
"I am calling her mummy." Lefebvre Rafael said.
"Rafeal, she is not your mother." Lefebvre Amaury pinched the area between his eyes.
"She is." Lefebvre Rafael argued back.
A nurse came over and spoke to Yu Qi.
"Doctor Yu Qi, is this child calling you mummy?" The nurse asked.
"Yes. He must be mistaken me for his mother." Yu Qi said.
Lefebvre Rafael hugged Yu Qi's legs again.
"Mummy, can you take me away from Daddy?" Lefebvre Rafael requested in his childish voice.
"Lefebvre Rafael!" Lefebvre Amaury called Lefebvre Rafael's name with a deeper voice.
Yu Qi faced Lefebvre Rafael again. "Listen to me, my dear. I am not your mummy. It is someone else's. I can not become your mummy." She explained.
Lefebvre Rafael seemed to want to cry. He bit his lips while trying to hold back his tears.
"Rafael, you are a strong boy. Once you grow up, you might be able to see your mother." Yu Qi rubbed the boy's head.
"Really?" Lefebvre Rafael asked.
"Hmm... You will understand why your mother can not see you right now." Yu Qi spoke again.
Lefebvre Rafael wiped out the tears that fell out.
"Right now, you need to listen to your father, okay?" Yu Qi said
"Okay." Lefebvre Rafael nodded.
"You need to pinky promise me." Yu Qi signalled by waving her pinky finger to Lefebvre Rafael.
The little boy hooked his pinky finger with Yu Qi's pinky finger.
"If you break the promise, something bad will happen. So, please keep your promise, okay?" Yu Qi said.
"Hmm... I will keep my promise." Lefebvre Rafael nodded.
"Now, please listen to your daddy, okay?" Yu Qi said.
"Hmm..." Lefebvre Rafael nodded.
Yu Qi stood up and looked at Lefebvre Amaury. She signalled Lefebvre Amaury to talk to his son. Her job was done here.
"Thank you, Doctor Tang." Lefebvre Amaury thanked Yu Qi.
Lefebvre Rafael was a difficult boy to begin with. If he wanted something, he would make sure to get it. It would not be for others to coax him to give up of the things that he wanted.
However, today, his son backed off so easier. This Doctor knew how to speak and make his son agree with her request. He was thinking about something. Well, before that, he needed to do another thing first.
"Rafael, let's go home." Lefebvre Amaury said to his son.
Lefebvre Rafael did not make a fuss and followed his father.
"Doctor Yu Qi, you are sounded fantastic when you speak French." A nurse said.
"We don't know that you can speak French." Another nurse said.
"I just learn online." Yu Qi said.
