Song Liu Jiang and Wang Qian stood up. Then, they saw people who looking at them with a ridiculous stare. They felt embarrassed and ran away. They did not go anywhere but to where their son had been hiding. However, when they arrived there, their son was nowhere to be seen.
"Where is Liu Wang?" Song Liu Jiang looked around.
"He must be leaving for his job." Wang Qian still thought nice about her son.
After being set up a few times by his son, Song Liu Jiang started to think about his son's doing. His son always pulled them to do something that could harm them. He never stepped forward to do it for himself. Did he know the consequences of doing that?

"Well, it is an illegal auction." Long Hui revealed it.
"Illegal auction? Is it okay for a high-ranking military officer like you to go to such an auction?" Yu Qi raised her eyebrow.
"Well... Yeah... Someone needs to investigate the matter. This auction has a lot of things that are related to the country. If they had our country's treasure, we need to take it back." Long Hui explained.

They changed into the outfits that they bought earlier. Yu Qi put on the veil to cover her face. She was done. Then, she heard the knock on her door. When she looked at the door, she saw a male in ancient Chinese clothes with a mask that covered most of his face except for his right eye. Even with that covered up, he looked handsome.
"You are gorgeous, Qi Qi..." Long Hui looked at Yu Qi up and down.
"You too, Brother Hui. You look charming." Yu Qi smiled.
Long Hui saw Yu Qi smiling by looking at her eyes. Because of the veil covering half of her face, her eyes became the main focus. He was drawn to those eyes.
"Brother Hui... Brother Hui... What are you thinking about? Let's go... We are going to be late if we don't leave now." Yu Qi waved her hands in front of Long Hui's eyes.
"Oh... Yes... Yes..." Long Hui snapped back to reality.
When they went downstairs, some of the servants threw a glance at the couple. They looked stunning in these clothes.
"So, this is the theme for tonight's auction?" Grandpa Long Hui nodded.
"Yes." Long Hui nodded.
"Be careful." Grandpa Long advised.
Long Hui and Yu Qi nodded. They did not have anything to be worried about. Yu Qi was thinking about the things that would be auctioned in this auction.
They drove the venue. The auction was held in a mansion. When Long Hui and Yu Qi arrived, they finally understood that the organiser of this auction chose the dress code. It suited the place so well.
After parking the car, they walked to the main entrance. Long Hui took out the invitation card and showed it to the guard. After confirming the card was genuine, both of them were allowed to enter.
As usual, once Long Hui and Yu Qi entered, they attracted many eyes. Some of the people looked at them with admiration, some looked at them with a complicated expression.
Both of them walked in, ignoring those stares. They found their seats and sat down. Some of the people who came here wanted to hide their identity, so they did not greet or talk to other people.
Long Hui and Yu Qi liked it. So, they were just whispering to each other. They sometimes could feel other people's stares on them, but they completely ignored their stares.
