When Kana woke next, she was still snuggled up into Creige's arms. She blinked her eyes and looked up at his handsome face and smiled: "Handsome husband… You stayed with me?"
"Mmm… Are you feeling better?" Creige asked.
"Yeah, I am still sad about Lysairth, but I will work hard so I can bring her back." Kana felt like crying again but pushed her tears back. She did not want to worry Creige anymore.
"Kana, you're up?" Ceilie walked in with the help of one of the maids.
"I will leave you two alone. I need to head back to the shop. I will be back tomorrow." Creige leaned over, kissed the top of Kana's head, and walked out of the room.
"See you tomorrow, handsome husband." Kana yelled out as she sat up in the bed and leaned against the headrest.
Ceilie sat down on the edge of the bed beside her and let out a sigh. But before she could say anything, Kana suddenly said: "So me and Handsome Husband slept together, so now we will have a baby!"
Ceilie almost choked on her laughter as she turned and looked at Kana, who was smiling away after her. Kana let out a laugh as she said: "I was just joking. How are your injuries?"
"They are getting better. The doctor said they would be healed by the end of the week. He just left a little while ago. Kana the Academy will be accepting new enrollment in three months' time. I won't be going with you." Ceilie decided to just come right out and tell Kana her plan. "Once I am healed, I plan to go on a journey. I realized after this event that I am far from being strong enough to even stand next to you. I need to go out on my own and grow stronger one step at a time."
Kana stared blankly at Ceilie. With her eyes reddening, Kana forced a smile. "I see… You must promise me one thing..."
Ceilie was also tearing up. She scooted up next to Kana and put her arm around her. "What do you want me to promise? I will promise you anything."
"Five years. You must come back within five years' time." Kana said seriously.
"I promise. I will return to this house in five years. So make sure you do not move on me during that time." Ceilie said as she leaned her head against Kana's head.
"I will be here. It's a promise." Kana said, sticking her pinky out towards Ceilie. Ceilie smiled and wrapped her pinky around Kana's. The two shook and giggled.

Stone Hammer Kingdom…
"Your back! God damn, you took forever!" Baldswin finally let out a sigh as he met Creige outside his shop.
Creige frowned as he looked at Baldswin. He couldn't understand why he was outside the shop when the shop was clearly open. Baldswin knows to stay in the shop so that no one will steal anything. "Why are you out here?"
"Creige, you don't know how crazy that damn wolf is! Right after you left, she showed up and kicked me out of the shop! I tried to fight her back and almost had the upper hand until she used some kind of debuffing spell on me! She said no one was allowed in until you came back. She basically barred all the customers from the shop, so I couldn't even take any orders." Baldswin did not realize that damn wolf girl was so strong. She literally lifted him up and tossed him outside. He, of course, would not speak of this to Creige because of his manly pride. This incident was too shameful for him. He was just lucky it happened, so earlier in the morning, no one should have seen it.
"You old goat, why are you lying to Creige? I clearly saw you get picked up and tossed aside without you putting up any resistance, and then the crazy girl walked in and closed the door behind her. After that, you went to the pub." An old dwarven lady with a cane came walking up from next door.
"You damn old bat! What do you know!? You can't even wash your own ass by yourself, never mind see more than a few meters in front of you." Baldswin yelled out. He was mad and embarrassed! His pride was shattering like a thin plane of glass!
Creige ignored the two old people bickering and walked towards the door of his shop. He lifted his foot and thrust it out, kicking the door right off its hinges. He looked at the wolf girl who was startled by what had just happened and coldly said: "Get out!"
Filina heard his words and yelled out: "Why!? Am I not beautiful enough!? Why won't you just accept me and get rid of that wife of yours? I must be a million times more beautiful than her!"
Creige anger rose as he reached his hand out towards Filina's face. Filina thought he was going to cup her cheek with his hand but quickly realized how wrong she was when she felt a strong killing intent way down on her as a big hand gripped her neck, cutting off her ability to breathe. Creige lifted the wolf girl into the air with one arm while the wolf girl clawed at his hands and kicked with her feet as she tried to free herself from his grasp so she could breathe. Creige brought the wolf girl's face close to his as he threatened: "If I ever see you near me again, I will kill you." With these words, he flung the wolf girl out of the shop. She didn't even get a chance to gasp for breath before slamming face-first into the wall across the street.
The old woman, who was still arguing with Baldswin, saw the wolf girl embedded into the wall and decided to quickly make a speedy retreat. "Old fool, good luck!"
