An hour later, Julian and Roken left the courtyard while still feeling a bit riled up inside.
“Bro, Almond is kind of amazing, what do you say? I think I’m gonna support him.”
“Support for what? Next Earth Union presidential seats election?” Julian chuckled. “But you are right. There’s a reason he invited us here and to the dungeon tomorrow. We’ll respond to his reason appropriately.”
Looking at the night sky while walking out, Roken laughed before saying, “I think our days are going to get better thanks to Almond.”

Meanwhile, Lily, Almond, and Natalia talked about various things and also decided on their dungeon entry time tomorrow.
Almond had just gotten a notification in his wristwatch that a B-rank dungeon door with a white border had appeared. Without further ado, he had booked the dungeon to his name by informing Marshal Lopol.
Lily wanted to enter a B-rank dungeon, but she wasn’t allowed to. However, she still decided to enter a black-bordered C-rank dungeon.
It was 10 o’clock in the night, so they weren’t sleepy yet, and since they hadn’t eaten yet, the trio decided to go out and eat somewhere nearby.
After returning, Almond and Lily went to their luxurious bedroom while Natalia went to sleep in a different room.

“We have two hours of free time before entering our respective dungeons. Let’s do some morning training after breakfast and then leave, what do you say?”

An hour later, Lily and Almond sat down on the training ground as they had finished sparring with each other.
Natalia was practicing her Flute attacks on the dummies. These strong dummies were set up through the ground so that they could actually move around at various speed levels, giving Natalia an adequate challenge on how to control her magic basic attacks to hit the targets.
“By the way, take this with you,” Almond said as he took out the Nightfall Ebonox Robe. “You’ll benefit better from this since your Primary class is also attuned to dark-attribute, and you’re an assassin type.”
“Thanks,” Lily smiled and took the robe before putting it in her storage pouch.
“Oh yeah, we still have an hour, so do you want to finish the deal with the guild’s forge to unlock your skill before entering the Dungeon?”
“Sure, definitely. My spirit pocket is full, and I’ll get more spirits from the dungeon. It’s better I use them to create items.”
“One more thing,” Lily said as she took out the Dew of Arcane Touch. “Do you mind if I give this to Nat instead? She’ll-“
“Of course,” Almond chuckled as he interrupted her. “I don’t mind If you want to give it to her. Actually, I got an idea.”
“Same,” Lily grinned. “Let’s use her Scales of Fortune.”
Almond grinned and nodded. Turning to Nat, he shouted, “Nat, come here.”
Natalia stopped her training and walked towards the duo, “What’s up?”
Looking at the transparent vial containing magical blue sparkling liquid, her heart skipped a beat with anticipation.
“There’s a 1% chance to acquire Mana Crystalline passive skill from this,” Lily said, her smile sharp. “Let’s see you get it.”
“And I reckon that this passive skill is anything but ordinary,” Almond said. “I am assuming that only the Complete Floor Boss Subjugation Reward chest drops these valuable consumables that increase stats so much. And even then, they have a 1% chance to get those unique passive skills.”
Natalia gulped hard as she tremblingly took the vial, “I can really get such an awesome skill…but how much luck should I use?”
“One month? Two months? Six months?” Natalia muttered, unable to decide.
Lily and Almond entered thoughtful expression for a few seconds before they simultaneously spoke.
“Three months.”
Natalia blinked, “Geez, what’s with that sync?”
“Well, if we consider a 1% increase in luck per day, then 3 months should be enough to push the probability to 100%,” Almond answered.
“True, I calculated the same way,” Lily smiled.
“Alright, then 3 months it is,” Natalia nodded, her expression somber. “Let’s do this.”
Using her innate talent, a mystical scale appeared. After choosing a period of time, [3 months] manifested on one side of the scale while a golden milky star appeared on the other side of the scale.
“Done,” Natalia said before taking a deep breath as the Fortune Scale vanished and her luck increased proportionally.
Without further ado, she opened the vial and chugged in the content.
