S-rank Dungeon—Xarath’s Womb.
This dungeon was one of the strangest dungeons everyone ever saw.
It was red-bordered yesterday when they decided to enter in today’s evening, but it had turned gold-bordered two hours ago before everyone had arrived at the location.
The dungeon structure seemed to be a living entity, and everyone was in that semi-alive biological place with caverns, strange fleshy monsters with neo-glowing colors from their internals, liquid pools, and pathways.
The monsters were highly corrosive and had unpredictability to their powers, with most of them having self-explosion upon their death that would deal potent corrosive and acid damage.

Fortunately, the number of total old monsters in the group was four, including Admiral Rudra, along with eight other frontline Adventurers.
Things were smooth, and Sylvia’s buffs were praised by everyone due to how much she healed, recovered mana constantly, and cleansed them of the corrosive and other similar effects.
The space was slightly restricted, so Almond only summoned two spirit wraiths this time—Sylvia for support and Benedict, who didn’t need space because he lived in shadows and darkness. His job was to detect everything around them so that Almond, Lily, and Mira could stay cautious and kill monsters.
As such, Almond stayed with those two all the time with his summons and only killed occasionally when unexpected monsters popped out since the party dealt the rest.
Lily’s wish was fulfilled as she was stoked watching old monsters’ and other frontline adventurers live in battle.
The boss battle was especially intense because everyone went out, and Almond also helped with his Divine Divider’s Harvest so that Admiral Rudra could finish it off at the end with ease.
Despite the terrible atmosphere and structure of the dungeon, the four hours of adventure inside Xarath’s Womb went rather smoothly.
Almond gained the Dungeon Boss spirit—Xarath’s Heir: Epic level 300, and he could wait to gather more Epic-rank boss monster spirits so that he could make his next Spirit Wraith centered around a Heroic Boss spirit.
Almond, Lily, and Mira returned to the Castle of Bloomshard at 1 a.m. on the 25th, starting the next day as the Grimworld Tutorial would give notification of the monthly event at 7 a.m., and after that, the biggest auction ever would start three hours later.
Entering the castle, Mira’s jaw dropped obviously, but Almond and Lily were also dumbfounded.
“So that’s why you told us this is now our main residence?” Almond blinked as he saw the unique yet aesthetic furniture and design of the hall, stairs, decorations, sofas, and everything, as every single thing of the castle was artistically crafted by Nyssara and Sylvia’s own ice crystal and wood.
Every piece of furniture had exotic wood woven through and around the crystal structure, making a unique type of theme matching the castle itself. The crystals and wood with energy produced from Sylvia’s flora heart powered the castle, giving matching and colorful lights.
The hall was mostly pale golden brown, with everything faintly shining in a calm vibe instead of bright.
After the trio finished touring around the castle, the food had arrived and everyone sat down to dine.
Almond and Lily were in training and then went to the Dungeon, so both of them wanted to get some sleep since the day was going to be exciting with the news of the monthly event.
The new sanctuary area that formed on the 10th Floor would also open, and that was going to be a world-shifter because it was a residential area, as well as the new and biggest hub for Adventurers of all ranks since everyone would be able to enter there regardless of their rank, including newly awakened Adventurers.
Almond wanted to seize some important benefits as he already had information in advance about the 10th Floor’s sanctuary area from his past life’s memories.
He already had information up to the 15th Floor as he had recovered memories up to that point after clearing the 5th Floor.
The castle had plenty of rooms in its six whole floors, so Mira got herself a room.
As such, everyone went to sleep while Natalia was already asleep and woke up at 3 a.m.
Natalia was bored and didn’t want to do any deep training because of the event notification arriving four hours later, so she trained in combat with spirit wraiths.
Almond and Lily woke up at 6 a.m while Mira woke shortly afterward.
Everyone freshened up and sat in the Garden of Peace at the top of the castle with tea and coffee served by Alfred while watching the news channels and other media from their wristwatches.
Among a few hot topics, one was none other than Shadowforge Guild’s receiving mud from the public because of the guild master’s conduct.
“Five minutes,” Natalia closed the hologram from her wristwatch and took a sip from her teacup. “I wonder what kind of event will start…”
“True,” Mira nodded as she blinked. “I just hope we can also participate in it, and not only Platinum-rank adventurers.”
“What are you thinking, Almond?” Lily asked as she saw Almond’s thoughtful expression with his hand still holding his teacup in the air near his face.
Hearing Lily’s words, Almond’s eyes flickered as his mind returned to the table and looked at her with a wry smile, “I’m thinking about how I will get to kill sixteen more Epic-rank dungeon bosses. I have six days only. After that, the battlefield will open, and I want to enter there without delay.”
“So I was resetting the priorities in my mind,” Almond put the cup down. “You all have insight scrolls of 20 hours and less, while I have a rather better version of it—Elemental Selection Slab, from which I’ve chosen Sand of Vibrant Wave.”
“Sounds cool,” Mira nodded.
“That sounds like a sound with sand,” Natalia chuckled. “Vibrant Wave. I have to say a Sand elemental variant like that got to be powerful.”
“Yep, and I only have 24 hours to learn, just one chance,” Almond wryly smiled. “So I will use Insight Stone before using that to increase my chance. Using these two would at least eat 24 hours, and more if I got the wrong phenomenon in the first Insight Stone, in which case, I’ll have to use the second Insight Stone.”
“72 hours,” Lily nodded. “That’s three days gone. And in the other four days, you will have to participate in 16 S-rank dungeons. How many are there so far?”
“Admiral Rudra is keeping me up to date with that, so I know there are already fifteen S-rank dungeons, most being white-bordered since a few are popping up every day. Once I am done with this, I’ll also begin customized production of everyone’s Legendary gear set since I’d have heaps and heaps of items by then, along with mini-boss spirits to use as three-set ingredients for items.”
Almond sighed and added, “The problem is that even if I am willing to run multiple dungeons together, I can’t go alone because multiple parties have dibs in each of those Dungeons.”
“That’s a problem indeed,” Lily wryly smiled.
“Tsk, they should just let us enter if they don’t want to rush,” Natalia clicked her tongue. “We can clear them with you as our frontline adventurer, heh, that’d be enough.”
“True,” Mira nodded with a smile. “Almond is strong enough, and Lily can make things easier.”
“I’ll have to talk about this, but I absolutely will need to clear that number of dungeons before the Battlefield of the Mightiest starts,” Almond’s eyes glinted as he firmly said.
