Chapter 357 – Third Ancestor
Dave enjoyed a drink with the patriarch, Francis, and observed the strong fatherly love he had for Freida. It was evident that Francis doted on his daughter and was willing to oppose even the supreme elder for her sake. The bond between the two was heartwarming to witness.
During their conversation, Dave took out a special wine he had obtained from Tracy. He mentioned that the wine was created by the Dwarf King and was incredibly potent. Just one sip could knock out a strong person, and even a True Saint would immediately faint. However, it also had beneficial effects on the body, making those who consumed it stronger.
Dave proposed a toast to everyone present, and in just a minute, they were all lying on the ground, completely intoxicated. Even Freida, known for her strength, was soundly asleep. Dave chuckled as he observed her red, flushed face due to the effects of the strong wine. He then gently carried her back to her room and ensured she was comfortable before smiling and looking at the moon.
“Now, it’s time to act,” Dave said to himself.
He put on a black mask and changed into an attire that was pure jet black, concealing his identity. With a determined gleam in his eye, Dave was ready for what lay ahead.

“Are you sure he will come?” one guard asked another.
“He will surely come, or else they will lose face,” the second guard replied confidently.
“Hmph, even if they are strong, how can he escape with so many people? The weakest here is an Imperial Saint Emperor, and we have three True Saints,” a third guard chimed in.
The guards were stationed near a secret room where all of the supreme elder’s wealth was stored. Numerous strong formations protected the room, capable of injuring even a True Saint if they attempted to enter forcefully. Other people were hiding in the shadows, waiting for the ambush.
Little did they know that Dave had effortlessly entered the room using his Space Law attainment. He easily bypassed the formations and examined the contents of the room, only finding a few spirit stones and some weak treasures. Dave realized that the supreme elder had used this room as a decoy, and his true wealth must be hidden elsewhere.
“Hmm, where is it?” Dave pondered, scanning the area.
His eyes caught sight of a secret room hidden below the ground near the residence of the supreme elder. With a smirk, he disappeared from the location, using his spatial abilities to move swiftly.
Dave reappeared in front of many people, but they neither saw nor felt his presence. He silently counted the number of people waiting to ambush him, totaling fifty in number. He found it amusing that the supreme elder had gathered such a massive force.
Since Dave was in a different dimension, they could not see him unless they also possessed the law of space. He flicked his fingers and activated his Sin of Greed, a power that remained hidden from the unsuspecting crowd.

After collecting everything from the guards, Dave appeared in front of the real location of the supreme elder’s treasures. Roaring in anger and frustration, the supreme elder vowed to hunt down every member of the assassin organization responsible for the heist.

“3rd ancestor?” Francis exclaimed in disbelief, bowing respectfully to the ancestor. The 3rd ancestor was a burly, muscular man who nodded in recognition. Having been asleep for many years, he didn’t recognize Francis at first, but he noticed the token of the patriarch that Francis wore and learned about him from the supreme elder’s memories.
The 3rd ancestor discovered that Francis had led the clan for thousands of years, during which the clan had prospered and become more prosperous under his leadership. The 3rd ancestor was proud and happy to have such a capable junior.
However, he also learned about the rivalry between the patriarch and the supreme elder. Displeased with the instability it caused within the clan, the 3rd ancestor summoned Marken, the supreme elder, and punished him. He instructed Marken to enter the Dark Valley, a place for criminals, and be locked up there for a thousand years as a form of penance.
Marken begged for mercy when Francis appeared, but the 3rd ancestor remained firm and didn’t show any concern for Marken’s current condition.
The Dark Valley housed many strong individuals, including a terrifying prisoner who even required the intervention of the Buddhist Clan to suppress the individual.
