“The master has received the fifth sword path. Does the master want to create a space for it, like with the Genesis Path?” Gaia asked, gazing intently at Kent.
Kent could tell she was up to no good, but he also knew that whatever she was planning was likely something he wanted.
Kent didn’t immediately reply. He first took out the Heaven Ascendence Sword Path manual, and from just a few pages, he could tell it was different from his.
“This is the fifth sword path, master. It would look different from yours. In fact, yours would be different from the others, considering it’s the first true path, and it was through that the others were made,” Gaia explained.
Kent nodded.
“So, would this path lead to the pinnacle of the sword path?” Kent asked.
“Of course. It’s a very powerful sword path. If your master manages to walk it well, she will undoubtedly become incredibly monstrous with the sword.

“Akira, I want you to spend the next few days going through the Tower store and look for treasures that will have the most impact, even against those realms above me,” Kent said before turning to Gaia.
Akira runs off, ready to get useful…
“Let’s create a path for the Heaven Ascendence Sword Path inside the Sword Tower,” Kent instructed.
Gaia nodded and then made some calculations with her finger. Keny could only smile, knowing what was coming next…Li Hua has corrupted the tower with her greed for money.
“That will cost 400 thousand tower points. Since I know you are all about perfection, I plan on making the most perfect sword path for your master,” Gaia said, and Kent could only shake his head.
He expected things to be much more expensive, but it seems he was wrong.
“Go ahead,” Kent gave her the go-ahead.
At the same time, he felt his connection to the sword tower severed. He didn’t panic and just went about his meditation. He now had nothing to do…

Kent nodded and walked toward the portal, stopping right when he was in front of it.
“That is some powerful lightning energy coming from inside,” Kent said, looking into the portal.
“This is a path of the sword. You entering shouldn’t even be allowed since you wouldn’t be walking that path. For now, you can only enter because of your Tower Master authority,” Gaia said.
Kent nodded and entered. The moment he appeared inside the domain of the Heaven Ascendence Sword Path, his hair stood on end.
It was a world filled with lightning. Everything was lightning, and it kept rumbling every now and then. He looked all around, but all he could see was lightning.
“This is as far as you can go, unless you want to walk the Heaven Ascendence Sword Path. If not, you cannot proceed forward. However, I will let you see a few things.”
Kent nodded. All he could see was lightning, but when Gaia waved her hand, the lightning cleared, and he could see a large sword, similar to his, embedded at the centre of the domain. It had lightning dancing around it.
“Your master would first have to rebuild her foundation, which means she will start from the beginner stage again. However, since she is currently a Sword Saint, it wouldn’t take her more than a year to return to her current stage.
I created this sword from the Heaven Ascendence Sword Path, called [Heavens Ascendence Foundation Sword].
Do you see those sword markings on it? She must follow those steps, comprehending them through meditation and practice.”
“This is great then. With the time difference in the tower, she can rebuild her path within a month or even less,” Kent smiled.
“Yes. And also, once she is done rebuilding her foundation, the next path will show itself, just like how yours appeared.”
Kent looked around, but for now, all he could see was the sword and a stone-like platform where she would sit to comprehend the sword.
Kent was sure the stone would have some enchantments, but he wasn’t about to accidentally compromise the reward he had made for his woman by getting curious.
“Thank you, Gaia. This is the best.”
Gaia smiled. “This is the master’s effort… Without the master completing the quest, none of this would be possible.”
Kent smiled and then chose to leave the pocket domain. He would let his master come here and start comprehending this path, which would, without a doubt, one day help her rise to the pinnacle.
“Gaia, I have been meaning to ask, but are there paths for the other weapons and professions? Also, can two people walk the same path?” Kent asked.
“Yes. There are other paths for other weapons and professions. Everything has a path. However, obtaining them is not easy. Take this fifth sword path, for example. You received it easily only because of the Quest Pool.
In case the master doesn’t know, there are 21 Primordial paths in the sword path, of which yours and the fifth are two of the 21. However, after that Primordial era, many swordsmen rose and fell. Some managed to rise to the pinnacle.
These other paths are the Primitive paths. Though powerful, they pale compared to the Primordial paths.
This means that aside from the sword, there are primordial and primitive paths for other weapons like the spear, the bow, the sabre, and many more.
And yes, two or more people can walk a primitive path, but only a single person can walk a primordial path. I don’t know how many primordial sword paths are left, but it’s safe to say that if you find another sword lady…
