Crawdaunt leaped over Smoker, its pincers gathering a layer of water that continuously swirled and entwined, gradually forming a pair of massive water hammers.
Seeing Crawdaunt use this move, Chen Kai estimated that the opponent was most likely a professional-level Trainer.
Chen Kai sighed inwardly, “A bit troublesome, but it doesn’t make much difference.”
“Xiao Mei, Thunder Punch.”
The two were too close, so Chen Kai could only instruct Xiao Mei to use this move.
Xiao Mei also leaped over Chen Kai, clenching her palm into a fist, which was instantly enveloped by a dazzling layer of lightning, forming an astonishingly powerful Thunder Punch.
“Boom!” A loud bang, like a clap of thunder, echoed in front of the cave, making people’s eardrums ache.
Lightning and water collided fiercely, electricity raging wildly in the water, instantly vaporizing it. Large plumes of white steam billowed out like clouds, engulfing the battling Pokemon.
Within the steam, the light of lightning flickered erratically, while the water was churned and splashed everywhere, hitting the surrounding rocks with crisp sounds.
Chen Kai and Smoker were both shaken by the immense impact, retreating repeatedly and leaving a large empty area in the middle.
Smoker’s two subordinates, who usually dared to poach Pokemon, had no such courage when it came to killing people. Taking advantage of the thick steam, they made a quick escape.
Xu Wei also saw that the situation was not good and slipped away.
In the blink of an eye, only Chen Kai and Smoker remained on the field, facing each other.
Not long after, the steam gradually dispersed, revealing the Pokemon inside. The water on Crawdaunt’s Crabhammer was continuously eroded by the lightning, showing gaps, and its arm was also struck by the residual power of the lightning, causing throbbing pain.
Xiao Mei, however, was in a worse state. When she punched, she only felt her arm go numb, and the powerful recoil almost sent her flying, but Xiao Mei gritted her teeth, enduring and only retreating a few steps.
Although she had a type advantage, Xiao Mei’s level and physical attack were inferior to the opposing Crawdaunt, so it was normal for her to be at a disadvantage.

Xiao Mei clenched her fist again, instantly gathering a large amount of Electric-type energy. Her arm was instantly completely enveloped by dazzling lightning, the light so bright it was blinding, and electric arcs danced wildly on her fist like roaring dragons.
Immediately after, Xiao Mei unleashed Thunder Punch again with extreme speed. The air vibrated violently with the force of the punch, emitting a sharp ‘whooshing’ sound.
The opposing Smoker saw the situation was bad and didn’t even have time to shout “Protect.” Xiao Mei punched Crawdaunt squarely in the face.

A loud bang, as if thunder had exploded in their ears.
Crawdaunt was sent flying by this powerful force, like a kite with a broken string, crashing heavily against the stone wall behind it.
“That’s interesting. What kind of move is that?”
Smoker stared at Xiao Mei with interest; he had never seen a Pokemon in such a state.
But Chen Kai didn’t waste words: “Xiao Mei, Thunderbolt, use it directly on that person.”
“Ampharos!” (Okay!)
The light bulb on Xiao Mei’s head began to emit dazzling electric light. She had also heard that the man opposite had killed the yellow-haired guy, and she was very angry.

“Protect.”

When the lightning struck, it seized the opportunity and slammed the Crabhammers fiercely into the lightning.
Each collision between Crabhammer and Thunderbolt erupted in large amounts of steam.
Xiao Mei continuously unleashed Thunderbolt, wave after wave of lightning, surging towards her opponent like a tide.
Crawdaunt, however, was like a resilient warrior, swinging its Crabhammers, stubbornly resisting the lightning attacks. Its body flexibly dodged the residual power of the lightning while spinning, and at the same time, precisely used Crabhammer to deflect each Thunderbolt.
For a time, electricity flashed and water splashed, as both sides were locked in a stalemate, neither able to easily gain the upper hand.
Just as Chen Kai reached for Iron Hands’s Poké Ball, a sudden change occurred in the cave. Several Pokemon surged out of the cave, some even colliding with Crawdaunt, causing Crawdaunt’s footing to become unstable.
Xiao Mei seized the opportunity and unleashed a Thunderbolt on Crawdaunt, catching both Crawdaunt and Smoker off guard.
More Pokemon then rushed out of the cave, causing Crawdaunt to be knocked off balance again. Xiao Mei took the chance to unleash another Dazzling Gleam, and Crawdaunt lost its ability to battle, fainting.
Smoker’s face turned ashen; he naturally knew who was responsible!
