After finding her own and her husband’s clothes, she planned to go to Vik’s room to find some clothes for Vik to wear, but as soon as she opened the door, she was startled.
Vik was sitting on the bed, hugging his knees, trembling. Ann quickly walked over, bent down, and gently placed her hand on Vik’s head, asking softly,
“Vik, didn’t I tell you to hide? Why did you come home? It’s too dangerous here, we need to leave quickly!”

After entering, he faintly heard his wife’s shouts of refusal and a man’s lewd laughter from upstairs.
