John’s sharp dragon claws pierced through Medusa’s hard scales. Blood splattered, followed by a shrill cry of pain.
“Damn it. Drawing the Earth Prison!” Medusa gritted her teeth in pain, cursing under her breath. She didn’t dare to engage in close combat, so her enormous serpent body coiled and formed a golden ring that rapidly shrank.
“Hmph, again with this trick!” John sneered, his long dragon roar echoing through the air. With a swift motion, his claws gripped the golden ring and tore it apart.
“Has this guy’s strength increased again?” Medusa swallowed nervously, glancing at Yealper and quickly saying, “I can’t hold him. Break his World-in-Hand!”
“Got it. Keep him occupied as best as you can!” Yealper responded, thinking back to the strange attack John had used before, the one that could repair space itself.
“Keep him occupied? Yealper, are you joking?” Medusa snapped. She knew she was no match for John.
But with no other options, she gritted her teeth and charged forward.
“Hmph, clueless!” John sneered, letting out a dragon’s roar as four sword beams shot straight up into the sky.
It was Four Extermination Swords. Using his Sword Mastery, he controlled four longswords and sent them straight toward Medusa.
In a single exchange, Medusa’s scales shattered, and several sprays of blood flew into the air.
Medusa’s shrill, anguished scream echoed through the space.
“Dammit! Yealper, hurry up! I can’t stop this guy’s attacks!” she shouted, panic creeping into her voice.
Yealper, unable to attend to her, stood on one leg and raised his long knife high, focusing all his energy for the strongest attack.
“One Slash to Rule the World!” he roared, bringing the long knife down.
A terrifying blade of light slashed through the Vault of Heaven, tearing open a massive spatial rift that devoured and destroyed everything in its path.
John’s expression shifted as his World-in-Hand trembled violently from the strike, threatening to collapse at any moment.
With no time to deal with the heavily injured Medusa, John raised the United Sword, Chaos Force swirling around him, and activated his divine skill, Creation and Destruction.
Buzz…
The sword hummed with power as another sword beam streaked through the air, cutting toward the massive knife beam.
Boom!
A deafening explosion rang out as the two vastly different forces collided.
The World-in-Hand split into two extremes—one side was devastated by the sword beam, while the other side was fortified by John’s sword strike.
“Ha ha! It’s too late, kid. Let’s see how you’ll fight me without your World-in-Hand!” Yealper laughed maniacally as the rift continued to grow, destroying everything within the space.
John’s face hardened as he took a step back, canceling his Dragon Transformation but maintaining his Heaven and Earth Transformation. He raised the longsword high again.

Chaos Force surged, the sword’s hum ringing out as he once again activated his divine skill, Creation and Destruction.
“Again?” Yealper was stunned. To him, this strike seemed extremely powerful, and he assumed it would take a long time to recharge. But John had already used Creation and Destruction three times in quick succession, showing no sign of weakening.

The sword beam sliced through the air, stabilizing the collapsing world and slowly beginning to repair it.
Yealper’s expression turned desperate as he looked toward Medusa, who was hiding at a distance, and shouted, “Medusa! What are you waiting for? If we can’t destroy World-in-Hand, we’re both going to die!”
“Why aren’t you dealing with this human!” Yealper truly feared for his life. He was already severely injured, and after being repeatedly attacked by John, his wounds had worsened. If this continued, there was a high chance he would perish.

At that moment, a fluctuation in spatial power rippled through the air.
Sini and her group appeared, having nearly finished clearing out the serpent-men outside.
She had obtained part of the laws of John’s World-in-Hand and also mastered the powers of the underworld, which allowed her to enter and exit World-in-Hand freely.
“Big brother, we’re here to help!” Spoorate called out, her massive Sea God Trident in hand. It seemed weightless as she swung it toward Medusa with deadly intent.
“Damn it, that’s mine!” Medusa growled, her eyes fixed on the Sea God Trident in Spoorate’s hands, her rage building. She immediately abandoned her pursuit of John and charged straight at Spoorate.
Sini and her companions wasted no time. They leaped into action, joining forces with Spoorate.
Together, their combined strength was a match for Medusa.
John, meanwhile, turned his attention back to Yealper, who still seemed intent on destroying World-in-Hand. “Hmph, you have no chance now.” John’s voice was cold.
With that, he commanded the Four Extermination Swords, his aura flaring as several powers of the laws surged around him. Sword beams flickered, and the air vibrated with the sounds of magical explosions as a deluge of attacks rushed toward Yealper.
“Despicable human! Even if I die, I’ll drag you down with me!” Yealper snarled, his face twisted with madness and fury.
Once Sini and her group joined the fray, Yealper knew the outcome of this battle had already been sealed.
Years of plotting with Skybroke—everything had been destroyed by this human!
Endless hatred boiled inside him, and his rage surged uncontrollably. He abandoned all caution and began to channel the remaining power within his body.

The space trembled, howling winds swept through the area, and a terrifying pressure enveloped the battlefield. The air was thick with the scent of destruction, a force capable of annihilating everything in its path.
The endless sword beams and magical attacks, when they neared him, began to disintegrate.
“Not good!” John’s expression darkened as realization struck. Yealper was attempting to self-destruct!
Yealper’s power was terrifying and strange. His self-destruct ability was as strong as that of a peak nine-star expert.
A chill ran down John’s spine as he sensed the imminent threat to his life.
On the other side, Sini and her group, drawn by the intensity of the situation, stopped their attacks.
“Crazy bastard!” Medusa cursed under her breath as the spatial power around her fluctuated. Her figure disappeared, escaping from John’s World-in-Hand.
“John, your World-in-Hand can’t block this, and neither can you. Quickly teleport him out of here!” Gaka also sensed the impending danger and hurriedly reminded him.
“Hmph, it’s too late!” Yealper’s voice was icy cold as he crazily burned through his own life force, determined to take John and the others down with him.
John quickly communicated with World-in-Hand, feeling the fluctuation of spatial power. He immediately said, “Sini, help me open World-in-Hand.”
The terrifying power surrounding Yealper nearly isolated spatial power, making it impossible to teleport him away. They would have to rely on Sini’s powers of the underworld.
“Got it!” Sini understood the situation instantly and quickly cooperated with John.

“Damn…” Medusa, who had just escaped from John’s World-in-Hand, cursed as she saw Yealper suddenly appear.

At that moment, a blinding light flashed, and a terrifying energy surged, enveloping the entire Gran City in an instant.

A deafening roar echoed, and even the Endless Desert trembled violently. A horrifying wave of energy swept through, destroying everything in its path, and Gran City was reduced to nothingness in the blink of an eye.

But soon after, an immense suppressive force surged in, forcefully sealing the massive space rift.
Just like Dark City, this Endless Desert also seemed to have a self-repairing ability.
It seemed that a perfectly integrated World-in-Hand was an existence that could not be destroyed.
And at that moment, Gran City, along with the oasis, had completely disappeared, leaving no trace behind.
After some time, John and the others finally appeared on the scene.

John’s mind shifted. He opened World-in-Hand again, linking it to the Endless Desert, and called out to Gaka: “Senior, Gran City has been destroyed, and Medusa’s fate is unknown. This is the location of Gran City. Is there still a way to enter the Immortal Mountain?”
The Tree of Life shook, and Gaka carefully sensed everything around him before responding: “Medusa is still alive. I can feel his presence.”
Medusa had signed a slave contract with him. Although Medusa had freed himself from the soul control, Gaka could still sense his life force.
John let out a sigh of relief. Medusa was the key to entering the Immortal Mountain, and as long as that bastard was still alive, he remained useful.
He expanded his spiritual energy to sense further, but could not detect any life force.
All life within Gran City, along with the entire city itself, had been evaporated by the explosion earlier.
However, since Gaka could still sense the life force of Medusa, it meant he was still around, hidden through some special means.

“Old man, there’s a cave here!” Tracy called out, having discovered a hidden cave.

“Let’s go take a look,” John said, leading the way inside.
He snapped his fingers, and a ball of firelight rose from his palm, illuminating the cave.
The space inside was more spacious than they had expected.
Soon, they reached the end of the cave and found the severely injured Medusa.
At that moment, his scales were shattered, his flesh torn, and he was on the brink of death.
He lay on the ground in agony, his snake-like tongue flickering. Gran City had been destroyed, his soul had been backfired, and the terrifying explosion from Yealper’s self-destruction had drained the last of his life force.
When he saw John and the others arrive, he was not surprised. In a weak voice, he spoke: “Human, I don’t want to be your enemy. Now that my World-in-Hand is destroyed because of you, and almost all my kind have been killed, I can let this go. How about we agree to never interfere with each other from now on? This is the greatest concession I can offer.”
John was taken aback by his words, then sneered and said, “You think you still have the leverage to negotiate with me?”
