The fish was about a meter long, with a mouth full of sharp teeth and scales like iron plates, with edges rusted. “A catfish?” That was his first thought. Catfish could grow to over a meter even in a sewer… But on closer inspection, this fish seemed different from a catfish. In fact, it seemed different from any fish…

It was the eyes!
The fish’s eyes… looked exactly like human eyes!
