After waking up late due to their exhaustion, Yuan and his wives took a bath to freshen up from their sleepiness. And once they freshened up and wore fresh sets of clothes, they headed toward the dining hall to have their breakfast.
A minute later, they all arrived at the dining hall and saw that Little Zoe was cleaning the dining tables using a piece of cloth and warm water.
And as soon as Yuan and his wives entered the dining hall, Little Zoe immediately noticed their arrival. She stopped doing whatever she was doing and immediately ran toward Lily with a big smile on her face.
“Big Sis Lily! You guys are finally awake!” Little Zoe exclaimed with sparkling eyes as she jumped at Lily.
Seeing this, Lily smiled and caught the little girl, lifted her up, and showered her cute face with lots of kisses.
“He he he! Stop… Stop it, it’s tickling! Stop it, big sis Lily!” The little girl giggled and could hold her laughter.
“Lily, stop harassing that little girl…” Anna Grace said, noticing the little girl was laughing historically from the tickling caused by Lily.
Lily nodded and gave one last kiss to the little girl on her cheek, and then she asked, “So little Zoe, where is your mother? We came here to have our breakfast.”
“Mom is doing something important in her room, she will be back in a minute.” Little Zoe quickly replied.
“Oh, I see…” Lily then let off Little Zoe and took a seat at one of the empty tables, which was already cleaned by Little Zoe.
Yuan and his other wives as well as Leah took their seats as well and waited for Miss Zara to return from her room and cook them a sumptuous meal for breakfast.
Little Zoe also resumed her work while chatting with Lily, as the little girl felt a little uncomfortable talking with the others, except for Rose. Who was very friendly toward her?
A few minutes later, Miss Zara returned to the dining hall and saw that Yuan and his wives were waiting for their breakfast at the dining table, as they chatted with her daughter.
“Give me 20 minutes, I’ll cook something really delicious for you all.” Saying this, Miss Zara entered the kitchen and began preparing the ingredients.
And shortly, with a smile on her face she began cooking the meals for them.
Sometime later, Miss Zara came out of the kitchen with food in both hands and directly approached the table where Yuan and his wives as well as Leah were sitting.
“Here is your food, Everyone!” She exclaimed, placing all the dishes on the table.
She repeated the process a couple more times to get the remaining plates to the table. And as she finished taking all of the meals she had prepared for them to the table, she glanced at everyone with a mysterious grin on her face. 𝘪𝘳.𝒸𝘰𝑚
“What is it, Miss Zara? Why are you staring at us like that?” Rose asked with a puzzled look on her face.
“Oh, It’s nothing… You can continue…” Miss Zara replied with a playful grin.
“I see…”
However, her face soon turned red after realizing the possibility that Miss Zara must have known about their wild lovemaking yesterday, but she still had some doubts about the possibility.
‘Does she know about what we did yesterday? But how is that possible? We made sure that the door was properly closed…’ Rose pondered inwardly for a moment before she continued eating.
‘It’s so nice to be young…’ Miss Zara thought with a small smile on her face.
But then her eyes landed on Yuan and stared at him for a moment with a dazed look on her face, and thought, ‘But I have to say, this young man has really so much stamina to keep up with everyone until they’re all satisfied… he is a perfect husband for them. No wonder they are with him despite him having multiple wives…’
‘Just how powerful is he in bed to satisfy everyone one after another? Is he even a human at this point? I’ve never heard of a man lasting this long in bed with multiple women at once… I’m speechless!’ Miss Zara screamed inwardly, remembering her night with her husband before Little Zoe was born.
And compared to Yuan, her husband is nothing. However, she loves him dearly, despite her husband’s shortcomings.
Remembering her moment with her husband, Miss Zara’s cheeks turned a little red and she immediately left the dining hall and entered the kitchen.
Meanwhile, as soon as Yuan finished his meal, he sensed a carriage stopping in front of the Inn. And when he used his divine sense, he saw Lord Ivan sitting inside the carriage and was about to come out of the carriage.
‘How did that old man know that we’re staying in this room? Does he have spies everywhere in the capital?’ Yuan pondered with a surprised look on his face, he didn’t expect Lord Ivan to come.
‘Well, from the look on his face, I don’t see anything strange about him…let’s see why he came here.’ Yuan flashed a small smile on his face in anticipation and curiosity.
Yuan then turned to face his wives and with a chuckle, he said, “Everyone let’s head to the common area, we’ve got a guest to greet.”
“Guest? Who is it?” Anna Grace quickly asked, raising her eyebrows slightly.
“You’ll know once we’re there…” Yuan smiled mysteriously before heading toward the common area of the Inn.
Anna Grace sighed and followed him, the others did the same.
Arriving at the common area of the Inn, Yuan, and his wives as well as Leah, are seated on the sofa waiting for the guest to come in.
A minute later, A man wearing luxurious clothes entered the building, and the man was none other than Lord Ivan, The King’s personal advisor.
“Took you long enough to come out of your carriage, Lord Ivan…” Yuan spoke with a mysterious smirk on his face, seeing Lord Ivan have come inside.
Lord Ivan looked at Yuan with a baffled look on his face, almost couldn’t believe what he just heard. Did Yuan already predict his arrival before he left his house? How is that even possible?
However, then he remembered that he was not in front of a normal person or a normal mage, but he was in the presence of someone special, someone powerful enough to poke a hole through the mountain with his finger.
‘Right, I forgot that I’m in front of an actual monster, this should be very easy for him…’ Lord Ivan mumbled inwardly to calm himself down.
Then he looked at Yuan with a smile, and said, “As expected of you, Yuan. Before I came inside, you already knew that it was me, I’m speechless!”
“Well, leaving that aside, Lord Ivan, what do I owe the pleasure to have you here?” Yuan asked, raising his eyebrows slightly.
Feeling Yuan was staring right into his face, Lord Ivan swallowed nervously and he could feel his heartbeat keep increasing.
After calming himself down, Lord Ivan released a sigh and said, “Well, I’ve come to you on the direct request of his majesty the King and Her Highness the Queen.”
“Oh, Pray tell, What the King and The Queen want from me? I don’t think I have anything that is useful to them or valuable to them.”
“It’s not like that. They don’t want anything from any of you, so don’t worry.”
“Then what is it? Why did they send you to me?” He asked, slightly puzzled by why the king and the queen sent Lord Ivan to him if they didn’t want anything from him.
“Well, to be honest with you, they sent me here to give you all an invitation to the Royal Palace.” Lord Ivan said. “Both The King and The Queen invited you all to have a meal at the Royal Palace today, they’ve heard the rumors about you all, and they personally want to meet you all, especially the Queen.”
“A meal at the Royal Palace, huh? It’s quite suspicious” Yuan muttered under his breath and looked at his wives, asking for their opinions on this matter.
‘There must be a hidden meaning behind their invitation.’ Yuan thought.
“Oh my, I never thought King Richard and Queen Matilda would be so generous to invite us ‘commoners’ to have a meal with them, in the Royal Palace…this rather comes as a surprise.” Anna Grace spoke in a playful tone, as she was surprised that the Royal family had invited them to have a meal with them.
“Well, it’s a suggestion that the Queen made upon learning that you guys are roaming around the streets of the city.” Lord Ivan spoke, clarifying that he had nothing to do in this matter and it wasn’t he who suggested this idea to the King.
“Is that so? In that case, inform the king and the queen that we’ll be visiting the Royal Palace this afternoon.” Yuan said with a small smile on his face.
Hearing this, a smile appeared on Lord Ivan’s face, and released a long sigh as he completed the task without any problem.
“Since that’s the case, I’ll kindly take my leave now.” Lord Ivan slightly bowed toward Yuan and immediately left the Inn as he didn’t want to stay with a ‘monster’ such as Yuan.
He recalls Yuan beating the shit out of his colleague and one of the important teachers at the Kingdom’s Magic Academy, and the mere thought of it made him sweat.
Once Lord Ivan left the Inn, Anna Grace looked at Yuan and asked, “Is it really alright for us to accept the invitation? What if they have some ulterior motives behind this invitation?”
“Don’t worry, even if they have some hidden meaning behind inviting us for a meal nothing is going to happen to us. After all, they’re just mere mortals with nothing to worry about.” Yuan replied with a smile on his face, as he pinched his mother’s cheek lightly.
“If you say so…” Anna Grace muttered under her breath.
