Just as everyone thought Li Yao was about to be instantly killed by this unexpected move, Li Yao just stood there, seemingly aware that he couldn’t dodge the attack, no longer bothering to evade.
“Behold the skill you wanted to see for yourself, goodbye!” The Whirlwind reappeared on Li Yao’s right side, once again swinging a flash of sword light. His face was full of surprise and smug satisfaction.

The chilling slashes of sword light split into countless smaller ones at the spot, with the biggest one charging towards Li Yao as the four-part attack came to an end.

All of the flashes of sword light passed without exception through Li Yao’s body. Li Yao laughed, “Did you really think I was done for? It’s indeed time to say goodbye.”

“Seems you’re fond of stealing my lines. Just let me know once you’re ready. I despise bastards who steal my lines, so this round, I won’t be giving you any chances to use tricks,” Li Yao said as he hung two crossbows on his waist and pulled out the Blue Moon Bow. With a casual swing, the bow transformed into a full moon shape.
“Oh really? I’ll give you a word of advice, you’d better summon your pet, otherwise you won’t even have the chance to summon it,” Arrogant Ruler said with the same arrogant look on his face.
Not only the members of the Spark Guild, but all spectators were shocked. This guy was really arrogant! He was even more arrogant than Li Yao, absolutely unbelievable!
“Hee hee, big brother finally has a worthy opponent,” the adorably naive Dumb-Eyeball seemed to take pleasure in Li Yao’s misfortune. “I just hope he’s not a paper tiger.”

Then, a muddy yellow light enveloped him, covering his armor with a layer of rock, transforming his weapon into something resembling a massive stone hammer. Most notably, his shield transformed into an iron fortress.

The arrows shot rapidly by Li Yao only sparked small amounts of Mars on his shield, dealing only -50-100-80 damage to Arrogant Ruler.
“Impressive, you were able to penetrate my defense,” Arrogant Ruler said, before charging towards Li Yao. Any normal player would have only been able to inflict about ten to twenty points of damage. For someone like him, who had activated effects that brought him close to having ten thousand hit points, it was practically negligible.
Even though he was a knight and didn’t specialize in healing, he still knew a few healing spells.
Boom, boom, boom…
As Arrogant Ruler walked, each step created a shock wave, causing the earth to quake as if he was a Giant.
