“Pardon?” The middle-aged man frowned, puzzled by Aether’s strange comment.
“N-Nothing… You’re the professor, right?” Aether hastily redirected the conversation, inwardly berating himself, ‘Damn, Aether!! Can’t you just shut the fuck up?!’
The man furrowed his brow for a moment before nodding with a smile and introducing himself, “Yes, I am the Professor who welcomed you all in the Entrance Ceremony… My name is Alaric Zephyr, also known as the Emperor of Aerionis Zephyra.”
“Oh…” Aether’s mouth formed a wide ‘O’ as he glanced at Aria, who simply looked away, ‘Fuck you, Log!! I know I asked for a mature woman, but at least give me someone unmarried!! This time you really chose a VVIP MIL– umm, married woman? She’s the fucking queen of Aerionis Zephyra!!! Did you finally acknowledge my kink– Fuck! Alaric frowned at Aether’s behaviour even though he introduced himself already, “Where are your manners?”

Ignoring Aether, Alaric turned his attention to Aria, who spoke with disdain, “Are you trying to show off in front of a child? That’s utterly disgusting. Stop that!”
Alaric sighed and explained, “I am not on duty at the moment as Professor…. I am the Emperor, and I was merely reminding him of my authority. Nothing more.”
“I see…” Aria responded, her expression blank.
“Yes, unlike you, I need to maintain a certain image. Otherwise, everyone would think the rulers of Aerionis Zephyra were pushovers,” Alaric remarked seriously.

“I will call the Principal,” the old woman, who was simply sipping her tea, stated without any sense of urgency or worry.
Hearing the mention of the Principal, Alaric instantly calmed himself, but before he could react further, Aether interjected with an amused smile, “What are you scared of… an old hag?”
Alaric’s lips twitched in irritation, poised to teach Aether a lesson when the old woman intervened once more.
“Young man, you need to calm down too” she gently admonished.
“I won’t! He’s the one who started this!” Aether protested adamantly.
With a resigned sigh, the old woman turned to Aether and addressed him, “Won’t you do this for an old lady like me?”
Aether was momentarily startled before his expression returned to normal as well and his eyes returned normal, “W-Well… I’ll let this slide this one time,” he conceded with a shrug.
As much as he wanted to act like a delinquent, Aether had a soft spot for elderly people.
After letting off Alraic, who was about to issue some warnings to some kind of villain when the old woman simply shooed him away like a dog…. Alaric face turned furious with an annoyed expression he left.
Once he had left, Aria apologized, “I’m sorry. It all happened because of me.” She hoped Aether would understand her circumstances and let the matter slide…. However,
He wasn’t about to miss this opportunity to score some points!
“No, I won’t unless you give me a kiss,” Aether stated boldly, then blinked in surprise at his own words.

“Cough, cough!” The old woman sputtered, choking on her tea.
