The Lightning Cage can exist for up to 60 seconds.

For him, even without the influence of the Force of Nature, Mike would prioritize enhancing the Lightning Sea.

He needed time to digest and stabilize, and only then seek further advancement. Otherwise, throwing all the materials in at once might waste money and ruin the effort!
