Larvitar has calmed down a little and is now hanging out with Treecko, Larvitar also grew fond of Heatran and Infernape as they were the one who defeated the poacher's pokemons.
Even though he has calmed down he is still traumatized by his mother's death, Larvitar would stick to Julian most of the time as he felt Julian would leave him just like his mother if he gets farther from him.
Julian looked at Larvitar and felt sad for him.
Julian 'Pokemons are so complex, they are not humans but some times they show more humanity than us'
Julian lifted Larvitar and fed him until he fell asleep, he then looked at Treecko who was training with Venusaur as usual, Julian was surprised by Treecko, he thought that Treecko would need some time to get his thoughts together but Treecko proved him wrong.
Julian 'Treecko really has a strong desire to grow strong, I should start training him seriously from now'
Julian got up from his seat and walked towards Treecko.
Julian "Treecko lets begin your training from today"
Treecko turned around and looked at Julian and nodded, Julian quickly came up with Treecko's training regiment.
Julian 'Treecko already has good special attack stats, I will first increase his physical attacks power'
Julian started to train Treecko by making him do some power burst routines, he planned to first increase Treecko's strength then work on his stamina.
After training for a few days Treecko leveled up and gained moves such as 'Quick Attack' and 'Work Up'. Julian is currently inside a forest battling a Zizagoon which was few levels higher than Treecko.

Treecko's glare made Zigzagoon feel uneasy and its defense lowered a bit.
Julian "Treecko use quick attack to confuse it"
Treecko was fast and used the trees in the surroundings to change his direction suddenly and confusing Zigzagoon, Treecko suddenly got behind Zigzagoon and slammed into it and sent it sliding back.
Zigzagoon adjusted itself and dashed towards Treecko using Extreme Speed.
Julian "Jump up to dodge then use Pound"
Treecko used his legs and jumped high in the air then did a front flip in the air and came down with full speed and slammed his tail on Zigzagoon's head. Zigzagoon fainted, seeing his opponent lost Treecko became happy.
Julian stood there holding Larvitar as he watched Treecko, Larvitar looked at Treecko and realized that he also wants to be strong so that he could protect his new friends, he didn't want to be weak and didn't want the thing that happened to his mother again.
Larvitar started to struggle from Julian hold and landed on the ground and looked at Julian, Julian knew what Larvitar was thinking, he smiled and nodded.
Julian "You will also grow strong with Treecko along your side"
Treecko came towards Larvitar and patted his back and said that they will grow stronger just like Julian's other pokemons.
Larvitar nodded and walked towards Julian.

Julian [Then I will make you strong just like others]
Julian took out a Pokeball and threw it towards Larvitar, Larvitar moved forward and touched the Pokeball got himself captured and became Julian's pokemon.

Larvitar nodded and soon Julian started to prepare Larvitar's training routine as well, the training was tough but both Treecko and Larvitar somehow pulled it off, they got assistance from their older teammates.
They leveled up fast and learned new moves, Larvitar learned Substitute and Iron Head, Treecko didn't learn any new moves but his attack has gone up, his speed and Special attacks also increased.
Julian 'I just need one more pokemon and I will challenge the Petalburg gym'
But he didn't know if he will get the pokemon he wanted, seeing that the day was coming to an end Julian decided to call it a day and started to prepare food for himself and his pokemons, Larvitar and Treecko had already become familiar with each and every pokemon of Julian and now they were sitting together eating their food, the place was filled with happiness seeing this Julian was also very happy, as they were enjoying their time Julian suddenly heard a rustle from a bush nearby, even his pokemons became cautious as they looked at the bush and the next moment they saw a small white pokemon which had a green hair which looked like a bowl cut and pink flat horns one in the front and the other in the back.
Julian 'A Ralts?'
The Ralts came forward and joined Julian's pokemon and started to eat from Gengar's food.
Julian 'It must have sensed the friendly atmosphere and came to take a look'
Gengar was surprised by the sneak attack on his food but didn't mind it and shared it with the little Ralts, Ralts then went up to Larvitar and eat his food, then it went to Treecko and ate his as well, after feeling stuffed it walked towards Julian, it looked at Julian and tried to sense Julian's emotion but it failed as though something was blocking it from sensing anything.
Julian saw the little Ralts lifting its head and saw its pinkish red eyes looking at him with curiosity, Julian understood what Ralts was trying to do so he deactivated the layer with protected him from being read by pokemons and people with psychic powers.
Ralts suddenly felt the layer blocking it from reading Julian's emotion vanished, it sensed that Julian was now happy and was also excited to meet Ralts, Ralts became happy and got closer to Julian, Ralts felt a sense of security being with Julian so it eased up and fell asleep.
Julian was surprised by Ralts, falling asleep like that on a complete stranger arms, well Julian didn't understand why but his pokemons could understand why Ralts slept with no concern they knew the sense of security they felt when they were with Julian so it was not a new thing to them.
Julian soon called it a day and went to sleep with Ralts on his side.
