Tyler shrugged nonchalantly, and the rest of The Golden House Dragon Riders sneered.
As Orson observed this scene through his Celestial Sight, a clear realization started to form in his mind. The Golden House had long been ambitious, and the youthful Light Dragon Emperor had no idea that they had been eyeing the throne for a long time, plotting against him.
The messenger Grevor had tricked him into the Golden Dragon lair, leading to a conflict with the Golden Dragons. This had been a cunning strategy to weaken the Golden Dragon Knights by forcing him into a battle with them.
Orson’s eyes grew cold. He had always hated being caught in someone else’s schemes.
