"Ah!" Colonel Rhodes roared, pulling out the folding spear embedded in his right shoulder with his left hand.
He turned to look at Tony Stark, finding Iron Man still staring with complex emotions at the shattered corpse before him.
"I never thought a black-hearted capitalist like you would have an employee willing to sacrifice their life for you," Colonel Rhodes gritted his teeth, struggling to his feet.
"He wasn't my employee," Iron Man staggered to his feet with Pepper's help, turning Fu Qinghai's body over to reveal the work ID on his suit jacket.
"He was just... just an intern."

"A Luo, A Luo, wake up... wake up quickly," a clear female voice called out.
"Uh..." Fu Qinghai's consciousness was a bit hazy.
He felt like he was lying on a bed and managed to open his eyes.
His vision was filled with a large patch of yellow light and a humanoid black shadow, and he felt someone vigorously shaking his shoulder.
"A Luo, are you awake?" The owner of the voice finally stopped shaking Fu Qinghai.

Before him was a girl with an oval face and chestnut-colored short hair.
She was looking at him with concern, her eyes a deep blue, like the blue lagoons in the Pacific atolls.
She had healthy, light honey-colored skin, slightly curly short hair, and a perky nose.
Seeing that Fu Qinghai was still in a daze, the girl couldn't help but shake him harder.
