Kyle returned home and he met Jane fast asleep. He wondered if she had any social life outside of him and Ella.
How was she so content with her limited relationships?
He couldn’t reach his finger around It but the house was sparkling clean and hot food awaited hope.
Kyle had reservations about Jane staying with him but things were going better than he could have imagined.

Kyle walked to the bed and saw Jane sleeping like a baby, he couldn’t believe that there were people out there who would leap at the chance of hurting her.

Kyle just stood there, wondering if he was making a mistake.
You see it in a movie, if they can’t get to you then they use your loved ones.
Forcing you to do things you would have never even considered in a million years, this in turn created a weakness that could be exploited.
Kyle had no idea what awaited him but was certain that he would be able to weather the storm should the time call for it.
Kyle’s eyes slowly shifted towards the side table and noticed a file there.
“Hm…” He thought to himself, picking it up to see that it was concerning the renovation of the building.
“Aiysha was here?” Kyle thought to himself but that would mean she must have interacted with Jane to a degree.
He knew Calista would keep her mouth closed but had no idea if Aiysha would.
But having had that conversation with Jones, he began to see her in a different light.
Aiysha was the example of the perfect wife or at least, that’s what Jones portrayed.
Kyle heaved a sigh realizing he had been hard on her for no reason other than his lust.
But shouldn’t he respect her enough not to give in to his temptations?

Kyle went over to her apartment, a place he had been avoiding for quite some time because a one-on-one situation would only make his perverse thoughts rampage.

He did enjoy the view after all.
“You see right through me! Damn my leering eyes!” Kyle exaggerated and Aiysha couldn’t contain her giggle.
” It is fine, you have a beautiful body and there’s nothing wrong with showing it off,” Kyle said, looking right in her eyes before looking away soon after.
“Those damn eyes…” Kyle thought to himself.
“Thank you…” Aiysha was taken off guard by the compliment but it was one she liked hearing nonetheless.
Kyle got right down to business and removed the documents in the file.
Jones left her to handle the logistics and all the legal aspects of this because he wasn’t any good.

They discussed for a few minutes and the aroma that lingered in the air told him that she was cooking something.
She got up soon to check what was on fire and Kyle could feel his heart thumping.
