Chapter 5: I Don't Want to Fight
The Dormitory Manager's withered hand paused slightly, a hint of surprise flashed in his cloudy, dim eyes. He glanced at the key and emblem in his hand, then returned them to Jiang Ming.
"Why do you think so?"
The Dormitory Manager didn't answer directly, but instead asked Jiang Ming why he thought so.
Jiang Ming smiled; he already had the answer in his heart.
"Heh heh, Dormitory Manager, this is Shrek Academy! To be able to stay at Shrek Academy for retirement, someone your age should at least be a Titled Douluo, right?!"
Hearing this, a smile flickered across the Dormitory Manager's aged face. The moving muscles on his face stacked several layers of wrinkles together, enough to probably trap several flies.
"These new students now have quite active minds. Alright, your room is the second one on the left on the second floor. Remember, the fourth floor and above are for girls; going up there will get you expelled!"
The Dormitory Manager reminded him.
"Okay! Thank you, Dormitory Manager, I'll come chat with you again later!"
Jiang Ming held the dormitory key and emblem in his palm, then turned and entered the white dormitory building.
The Dormitory Manager shook his head. His cloudy eyes were still aged, but a hint of sharpness deep within them flickered.
"Interesting child."
Following the Dormitory Manager's instructions, Jiang Ming quickly found his dormitory.
To be honest, the environment wasn't great.
